Betty Hundley was very easy to work with and very responsive to my requests for different options for our direct vent fireplace. The crew arrived on schedule, removed the vent free fireplace and installed the new direct vent unit. they did a great job! Protected my wood floors, cleaned as they went, and hauled off the old unit. I elected to do the cement board and tile work. Here is the finished product in the attached picture. Very happy with how it all came out.

I should precede this review with a few details about me that I hope will give even more credence to my accolades. I am an interior designer by schooling and a perfectionist by nature and hold to the highest standards of customer service in my day job. So I am going to be tough to impress in all 3 of these areas, but Fireplace Place managed to do it. We spoke to about 3 different fireplace sellers and installers to start. Fireplace place seemed to be a little more expensive but after getting poor customer service, and very few solutions from the others, I headed back to fireplace place. Rodney returned my calls, texts and emails promptly, answered all my questions and provided good solutions to our challenges. He was always friendly and helpful. He arranged to bring out his partner, Daniel to our new home to help us finalize the plans. I’m not sure of Daniel’s title but he is the guy who understands the construction and feasibility and he is also very creative. After talking with both of them about our ideas and plans, our style and goals, Daniel asked if we were open to some different ideas. We began brainstorming and sketching and came up with this 2 sided, one of a kind, modern fireplace. Once we agreed to it they sourced the materials, provided dimensions and requirements, ordered it all, scheduled with us and then executed. They were reliable and helpful through the entire process and where we once had a big open room we now have an 18’ tall direct vent fireplace. It literally could not have gone any better or easier. They were worth every dollar.

I want to share our recent experience using The Fireplace Place, Stockbridge, Georgia.  We own a 1928 Sears & Roebuck mail order kit home and wanted to install a stove to help offset some of our heating cost and to be able to relax and enjoy a fire. It’s not always easy retrofitting this home with modern appliances, and we knew our request wouldn’t be easy based on its design alone. We must have asked 200 questions, and staff took the time needed to address our concerns so that we could better understand our options and make an educated decision. This was a huge deal to us because we needed an expert’s opinion. Once the decisions were made and it was a go, The Fireplace Place fully met our expectation… which is rare anymore. It’s something we appreciated knowing up front in regards to possible installation issues in our unique situation. They made the difficult installation seem easy. The amount of effort required to make this installation successful is the kind of professional and “we’ll do as we say we’ll do” service that all companies need to perfect. We love the new linear direct vent fireplace we purchased from The Fireplace Place! It is very sleek and contemporary and it looks fantastic in our newly-remodeled family room. Everybody was great to work with from the moment we first walked into the store right through the purchase, installation and follow-up. No sales pressure and no surprises. We highly recommend The Fireplace Place!

We were very pleased with the final outcome, of all work that was done by this company. We had Carpet, Wood Flooring, Luxury Vinyl Tile installed, and Fire Place re-facing. The sales Manager Devlin diligently and patiently worked with us in getting the quality products we wanted within our budget. They have great guys doing the installation work. We would recommend The Fireplace Place to any one that needs flooring or fireplace work done.

Came across The Fireplace Place while looking for gas logs for our fireplace.  After much research, I found their prices to be the most competitive.  Betty was super knowledgeable and helped me pick exactly what we needed.  Keith did a wonder job installing, quick, clean and no problems.  The whole process from beginning to end was great.  Plan to use them again in the future for an outdoor BBQ.

I bought a wood burning stove from The Fireplace Place.  Betty Hundley offered me great service at a great price; Betty knew exactly what I wanted and needed.  I had Keith do the installation and he did a great job!  I would recommend The Fireplace Place; they are a great company to do business  without any problems or hassles.

I found this business online when looking for a modern fireplace for our new home. Amanda and Betty were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were knowledgeable and professional, but at the same time, very personable. They helped me with all my options, answered numerous questions, and never once made me feel like I was a bother.  Ken and Keith installed and did an excellent job. Every person we worked with there went above and beyond in everything they did. Truthfully, in the middle of horrible stress & difficulties in the building process, working with the people at The Fireplace Place was a complete joy.  I would never consider going anywhere else for of my fireplace needs!

We bought our wood stove insert model Clydesdale from The Fireplace Place and could not be happier. Great service from the start. When they came to install it was a breeze. They were professional and took great pains to be careful and understanding of our needs. The gave us great tips and insights to us first-timers for working the stove. Hard to believe that you just do not throw wood in and start a fire... If you are thinking of a wood stove insert or anything Fireplace, head on over!!

Our new Lopi Liberty kept us warm this Christmas.  I shopped around the Atlanta market looking for the best deal.  The Fireplace Place beat the competition by over $200.  Not only did they have the best price, they would be able to install sooner than anyone else.  Customer service and Installation were both top notch.  Installers were clean and courteous.  They even started a fire to teach me how to use the stove.  Received courtesy calls before and after install.  I highly recommend the Fireplace Place!!!
