Mike was very professional. Very prompt and excellent communication throughout the process. It’s never fun being in need, but furnace doctor made a point to get me out of a jam and stay until the job was complete! You can’t do better locally!
On the coldest day of the year of course our furnace goes out!! We called a couple places but no one could come out for a day or two! Well we called The Furnace Doctor and they were at our house within an hour or two! Morgan came in happy and ready to help us, even though he had to dig himself out of a snowbank. They found the problem and had to order a new furnace for us but Mike from Furnace Doctor ran out and got us heaters to use to keep us warm! We are very happy with their service and the quality of work. Also they are very helpful and honest to work with! They have definate intregrity and we would call them again for sure!!!
