The Gentle Dentist

Just like the name says "gentle" these people are fantastic. So gentle and nice and absolutely wonderful. We took our 3yr old and they treated her like family so kind and highly recommend!

I've seen a TON of different dentists before coming to this one and I'll never go to another dentist. Finally found a good office! All the staff is super kind and considerate! The dental hygienist are all super nice, but most importantly GENTLE, communicate well, and listen to me. Very impressed with the team. I personally see Dr. Gall and he's been great!! I've been seeing him and this office for the past 3-4 years. Unfortunately I needed a lot of work due to not consistently going to a dentist. Dr. Gall has gain my faith and respect, and I would highly highly recommend anyone who has lost faith/fear the dentist.

It was a great experience. Everyone was so nice. Dr Andy Nash is the best. He is always so kind to me and I am sure all of his patients. He is always kind to my niece as well. I am sorry I don’t remember the hygienist name right now but she was also very kind and made sure to do things in a way it did not cause me additional pain. She was always checking to make sure I was ok. I love coming to The Gentle Dentist.

The staff, hygienists and dentists here have been so wonderful! I have had semi complicated issues and they have treated my conditions and taught me how to keep my teeth and mouth in better shape. They have always been kind and considerate throughout my journey to get my teeth and mouth to where they are now.

I can always count on the Gentle Dentist for there professionalism, and kind greetings they give you on the way in. I adore my dentist Dr. Dextor is amazing!! I had anxiety about dentist in general but she has made all that disappear. Its a 2 thumbs up for me. All the receptionist are amazing also, they go above and beyond to help in any way.

The Gentle Dentist certainly lives up to their name not only in their approach to the work they do but also with their words. I have avoided getting dental work do to past experiences of being judged. I can assure you this is not the case with the Gentle Dentist they are very kind. After several visits to get 5 crowns I have always felt comfortable to return for all the work needed to get my smile back. They always answer the phone with “how may we make you smile today! Well they have brought my smile backThank you Gentle Dentist!

If you want to be insulted, stereotyped, and invalued this is the place to go. I have NEVER been spoken to by a medical office the way their office manager Jane spoke to me. She said for some “types of people” they will allow a few minutes of grace period for being late but for me “it’s just not going to work”. I’m not sure if this stereotyping was based off my race, gender, or physical appearance but I have never felt as small as she made me feel. She then proceeded to tell me because I was a few minutes late to my appointment that “I shouldn’t have felt like I can come whenever”. I work a job and drove in rush hour traffic to make it. I was scheduled for a teeth cleaning and check-up which I said I did not need the cleaning. She was unwilling to work with me, did not make eye contact, had a condescending tone, and wrote that I no showed for my appointment as I was at the front desk. Again, Jane the office manager is terrible and does not understand that other people have lives that don’t center around a dental office. I have never witnessed such a lack of hospitality and empathy in my life. Find a new dentist office unless you’re prepared to be camped out early for every appointment. This place isn’t special I’d 100% recommend somewhere more willing to work with patients and that don’t stereotype. Support businesses that support you!

Highly recommend The Gentle Dentist for the entire family! My experience has been awesome. The staff is friendly, accommodating and very aware of each individual patient needs. And last but not least, the practice is super efficient- you usually are in and out without delay.

Dr. Nash is so personable and professional and really takes time to get to know his patients. I have not been diligent about flossing before my visit and I like the fact that he doesn’t shame you but rather provides education and guidance in a diplomatic way. Tanya his dental hygienist was great too!

The Gentle Dentist is the best! The whole staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable at all times. Dr. Baker is so thoughtful and kind, always making sure I wasn’t in any pain or discomfort. She operates with such ease, I barely even realized I was having a cavity filled! Highly recommend this place for all ages!
