I have been a good, steady, weekly customer of Green Turtle for the past 7 years. The quality of service there has deteriorated. The owner Jim no longer says hello, thank you, take a hike - nothing. Went to the Green Turtle today for the first time on a reco from friends, been looking for a hand car wash for my ceramic coated Lexus LC500, I was pleasantly greeted by Jim the owner. Around 3:30 the place was full but he brought me right in. I received the $30 wash, took about 20 minutes and they did a GREAT job. I will definitely be coming up from Palm Beach on a regular basis. Unfortuently I have to change my review! Buzz the guy that did my detail was amazing. Today I pulled in to get my regular wash. The owner and boss comes up to my window and starts yelling at me saying that Buzz works for him not the other way around! Apparently everyone loves Buzz and they tip him really well! So the owner had enough and I guess today was the last straw when I asked to speak to Buzz not him. A great relationship ruined and I hope Buzz will find a new place to work because he is amazing! As far as green turtle car wash I could not be more disappointed in how he choose to handle the situation! He was ready to fight me and I have never been closer in my life to punch a man in public then I was today!

I walked in with my four-year-old and asked the guy at the counter how much for a complete detail. He sort of snickered and told me to let the employee who takes me know what I want. When I pulled up the employee says, wait a minute, he has to check with the boss. The same guy inside then comes outside and tells me it’s way too late in the afternoon for a complete detail probably because it’s an Escape and not a McLaren! I had already taken out my car seat, toys, and two dogs for him to tell me what he could’ve said 20 min ago before I waited. Absolutely ridiculous. No respect.

A quick wash at a good price makes my car beautiful again. The 570S isnt mine but it sure is a thing of beauty. Mines the Black challenger buried 3 deep. Stlill came out looking good.

My 2009 Mini looks like new inside...and "almost" like new on the outside..... My office parking lot has taken a bit of a toll.. The car is shiny and immaculate. What I would expect ....while I paid for a full detail, when I came to pick it up they were working on removing surface scratches from my outside mirrors..this I did not expect....Very happy with their work. They devoted 2 1/2 hours on a slower day, hopefully the day doesn't determine their excellence. I was very pleased....
