We are a school based health center with locations at Lincoln High School, Pioneer Middle School and Blue Ridge Elementary.
We provide all students with primary medical care, mental health counseling and care coordination services. Our close proximity to the schools and our free services make it possible for these students to receive care--many of which would not have access otherwise.
Our mission is to advance the success of students by addressing their physical, emotional and social well-being.
