Staff very helpful answering my questions on first purchase of cbd for anxiety. I will return because the product has a positive effect and any legal methods to battle the discomforts of anxiety are winners in my book.

Krystal is extremely knowledgeable and can answer any question you have or find the answers if she doesn't know off hand. I've been going for several years now and she has helped my health tremendously! My doctor couldn't even clear up my ear infections, but after going to see Kyrstal once again her suggestions worked and they cleared up within days after a year and a half of chronic ear infections. I love the Herbal Alternative and how much they care for their customers! I will definitely continue to support this small business.

I asked for a CBD vape pen and was told they had some "on sale". They tasted absolutely horrible and I became very concerned about what I was inhaling. After extensive googling, it turns out this particular brand of CBD pens had been discontinued the year prior for "less than quality ingredients". Not good. Also, the guy working the counter was very nice but not knowledgeable at all about their products. I had multiple questions about CBD vs. Hemp oil and he couldn't answer any of them.

I take CBD regularly for anxiety, it has changed my life.  Today, I was in Seymour and I'm from Columbus...I forgot to take my usual everyday dose of CBD and also was having an off day.  So, as I was coming into Seymour I figured I would check out this place and support their business instead of buying from a marathon or gas station.  My son came in with me at first and he asked to go wait in the car so I gave him my keys and I all of a sudden over hear the owner say frantically as she's running toward the door, "Make sure that girl didn't steal!!!!" Then she looks over at me and says "Oh!......shes..right there.."  I would have probably bought more than just the packet of over priced CBD gummies and ACURE deodorant but I was so mortified I just paid for my stuff and left. I didn't even get an apology...she wouldn't even look at me. BUT the gentleman that dealt the damage control and took care of me was super kind to me as I held back my tears...  Will not be returning.

I’ve never been here myself but my cousin was having tremors and they were not able to get any answers from western medicine. She decided to stop by to see the alternative herbalist and before she even left the shop, the tremors had stopped. I’m sold. Will certainly be stopping by for some CBD oil sooner than later. So glad this option exists in Seymour!!!

I just wanted to say that I appreciate this store and Krystal so very much. I leave with answers for my questions, products that work and a new direction for my health and wellness every time. Thank you so very much!
