I am an energetic 60+ year old that enjoys fitness and working with individuals of diverse backgrounds and of all ages. I know the importance of health and fitness at ANY age, and I’m living my dream of being able to assist people in attaining their fitness goals.
I hold a Master’s of Social Work and have practiced in the field for over 30 years. I am a certified Personal Trainer in health and fitness. As a fitness instructor/personal trainer, it is my goal to “walk my talk” to demonstrate that the personal, physical and spiritual benefits are real.
I have a passion for seniors and enjoy promoting a healthier post-retirement lifestyle.
My inspiration comes from Ernestine Shepherd who was 71 years old when she entered and won her first bodybuilding competition in 2008. Ms. Shepherd began working out in her 50’s!
