I get lost in big hardware stores, so I love the pick up option at Home Depot. The lockers are right inside the front doors and all you need to do is a quick scan to pop open the locker containing your items. We've used this option several times now and it's always been quick and easy. I choose Home Depot first when searching for hardware items just for the ease in grabbing items quickly while I'm out running errands. On the off chance I've had to check in at the service desk, I've always been greeted by friendly and helpful staff.
My hubby needed to pick up some DeWalt tools at Home Depot today, and I decided to pick up these Triple Crown Thornless Blackberries. Last year when we were at Home Depot for some other tools that he needed, I also picked up some Canadian Blue Hosta’s and some Blueberry plants. I really like looking thru their boxed & bagged plants that they have displayed for sale in their entrance room.
1. We ordered an outdoor play set and we were expected to unload it ourselves 500 lbs-9 ft long after complaining about how ridiculous that was they said they would figure it out and get back to us…. Which they did not! I called the 800# to cancel it only to find out the lady put a note in the system saying we refused the delivery! We did NOT refuse it!! Needless to say I canceled it! 2. The following day we had Home Depot measure for carpet laying, apparently the guy did not know how to measure and had the estimate 700 more than it should have been! Why would we want this person to lay our carpet?? which brings me to my next complaint! 3. Ashley at Home Depot in mankato was more than RUDE when I called to get our $50 deposit back for the messed up carpet est!! Never have I had this many issues with 1 company apparently they do not care about customer service!
Stopped here to pick up a trim board for our garage door because we needed 2 boards and Menards only had one left. The one we needed was in stock and they had plenty to choose from. Similar in price to Menards also and less busy which was nice for a change.
If your website says that you price match, then you need to honor that if all the requirements are met. I’m deleting your app and will no longer be shopping at your Mankato location. Was it really worth saving ten bucks knowing you’ll now lose thousands from me every year? Never get hassled in the slightest by Menards. I’ll just have to shop there and Amazon.
Ordered counter top...total fiasco.. staff ordered wrong counter, waited almost 3 months for homedepo installation crew......purchased additional items needed for room sink/faucet ....I was informed that items I purchased were not compatible with the counter the staff had applied to order...waited 5 days.....decompress time...tried to explain yet staff failed to listen...I decided to leave.....will not have any purchases again .....ever...also stuck with a 200 $ sink..window of returns expired....anyone need a 15 x 15 under mount sink???
Did an online order curbside pickup and was disappointed in the service. Would have been faster for me to go in and find the item and checkout myself.
Great service. Robin at the contractors desk makes your experience enjoyable while your there. She also taught me you can put hard warmers in a zip lock bag and deactivate them until you want to use them again! That's next level stuff!!!
Sarah in the Paint department was so helpful and nice tonight! She helped me retint my paint right before closing!
Amazing!! Every employee that I encountered was so helpful and friendly!! I bought solar salt and can’t lift over 15 pounds due back surgery, they were so kind and loaded the salt into my suv for me!
