I recently had the opportunity to try Home Depot's curbside pickup service at their Concord location, and I must say it was excellent. The process was incredibly smooth and efficient, making my shopping experience hassle-free. The staff was not only friendly and professional but also incredibly fast in getting my order ready. The curbside pickup option provided great convenience, especially during these times when minimizing contact is important. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the commitment to providing a safe shopping experience. I highly recommend Home Depot Concord's curbside pickup for its great service, speed, and convenience.

I rarely go there, since nice I have “Ace” next to my house and they provide excellent service. In Home Depot there is more selection but very hard to get any help from a sales rep. Sometimes I just order online and come to pick it up. Didn’t have problem returning stuff. Prices are reasonable. Very crowned and hard to find parking on a weekend. Have a big selection of plants.

They have nice plants and about everything you need to fix your house.

Fairly decent Home Depot.  Seems to be a little bit smaller than the average one with the aisles a little more tightly packed. That might just be a perception issue because the last few times I've been there it's been very crowded. The biggest complaint is they just don't ever seem to have enough people working the aisles -- yeah she have people standing around by the self-checkout or near the aisles but they don't seem to be doing anything to help customers. I'm trying to get support while you're on the floor is almost impossible if the place is even remotely busy.  So if you know what you want and you go there at a not too busy time, it is a good place to shop but other than that you might want to stay away.

Dirty,unorganized, long lines of patrons waiting at self- checkouts. Ten plus registers sitting silent, that was at four o'clock in the afternoon.only one member at self- checkout. Now that the depot has bought out or put out of  business, all the small ma, pa hardware stores. The choice to just leave and shop elsewhere is all but history.  Home Depot was a wonderful concept in their infancy . Today, is it a contractors paradise? or a homeowner dream? It needs to conform to one or the other, trying to do both its starting to look and smell like k-mart, we all know how that ended.

I can always find what i need and at a good price. Honestly its sad rhey have to lock all the tools know. It used to be nice to just pick up what you needed and walk to the register and pay and walk out.

Thieves in the store and thieves in the parking lot.  This guy needed a jump so I helped him.  While I was hooking up the cables to his battery he kept me distracted while his friend stole a bag from the cab of my truck!  I watched a guy steal a cell phone from a lady who put it down for a second to pick a piece of tile.  Security did nothing even though I told them what the guy did.  It's just awful.

I damn near live at this store a home away from home, better priced than lowes. I go here for everything, 99.9 percent of the time they have what I need. If they don't ill go over to lowes, but it's cheaper priced at home depot. I will say this though, at home depot their staff usually sucks, not knowledgeable, hard  to find or not willing to help, I'm talking about pittsburg and antioch locations, Lowes on the other hand is a lot less staffed but all seem pretty knowledgeable.  Not saying home depot has nobody knowledgeable, I'm not saying that at all, because they do, just hard to find them, very few.  But all in all I'm at this store everyday in some city, I wish I would have come up with the idea. Genius.

Over multiple visits I have been more and more disappointed. Majority of employees have a lack of knowledge disregard customer service. Constantly redirecting my questions and instructing me to go find someone on another aisle. Hours are 6-10 not 5:30-10. Will sell you open box items acting as if they are new/complete.

Great place to go to when you need home improvement stuff. Now, if you know where your stuff is and have no questions about it then by all means have at it. But if you don't know where the stuff is and how it works then you're in for a painful trip to HD. On a few trips I had to chase down a staff member many aisles over then s/he turned out to be the wrong person to ask. Anyways more helpers would go along way in meeting customers expectations.
