I have had the worst experience buying a fridge. We just moved into a brand new house, on summer break from school. No fridge for 2 weeks, since the first one came in damaged. Then our 2nd delivery drove by and never stopped. Never rang the bell never knocked...we were home!!! Cars in the garage. So almost 3 weeks after I should have gotten my fridge I painted a sign I stuck in my yard stating...WE ARE HERE.
I wanted to remodel my kitchen. That's how it started. In August 2022 I contracted the home Depot to do the job. They told me it would take 20 weeks to get my materials in but they wanted everything paid up front. I gritted my teeth about the time frame and paid the bill. There was very little contact with me from August to December. I did add an additional corner cabinet which was put on a separate order. In December, they called me to let me know my order was in and now they needed to set up an installation date ... and the 1st date they had was March 21. I was not happy but they had all my money ... what choice did I have. I waited for the 21st when they showed up ... the order was short 1 complete cabinet, 4 wrong sized doors, As they were being refaced, that shorted everything. When the installer finished that day he apologized and went away with 2 pages of a punch list to complete. No calls for approx 7 weeks and finally on April 20 the installer calls me to let me know he's coming. To make this nightmare story shorter, on August 17 after 3 more tries to get the corner doors completed correctly, the job was finished. Lesson: if you want a new look to your cabinets, it's easier and about the same cost to get new ones than to reface them. If you want any communication with the company doing the job, DON'T use Home Depot. The installers are good but the management is terrible. And any normal construction job is paid in installments NOT up front!!
Store is nice, clean, maintained well, carts are clean, easy to find the products, staffs are always helpful here if you need any help on finding your product. Product management like placing and availability are good. I reduced the star because I went to store to find Sonos speaker which said it was on stock but somehow I am not able to find aisle though one staff recommend the section to look for. Apart from above quality of product is not an issue at this store.
Medicine cabinet for my bathroom remodel was a good price. Delivered to store and all is well! Remodel is complete.
This company, instead of discounting these plants and letting customers buy them at a lower price. They are going to throw them in a dumpster. This is why I dislike Home Depot! If they can't have full price, then no one can have them. Greedy company, seriously
I was at Home Depot today and had almost a perfect day. It started with Landon & Justin helping me pull the lumber I needed, with absolutely Great Customer Service. Then Madison was doing a great job checking me out, when she needed a key for some of the cull lumber that was discounted. Christy came over and proceeded with a very bad attitude. Gave Madison a hard time in front of the customers. Just to confirm if anyone at my wife’s business would have talked to a cashier the way Madison was talked to they would have been looking for a new job. However the loading process was also a Great experience. Cody, Landon & Nick did an Awesome Job loading my vehicle. I may not have spent a lot of money today but $1,000 is a lot to me. And with it being so hard to find good employees I hope Home Depot can straighten this problem out. Thank you
I remember why when I lived in Lebanon, that I hated Home Depot. Lack of customer service. I am disabled. I was looking for one item. I walked the store for nearly an hour with no one offering to help. I then started asking. That did no good. Five associates asked, five different answers or points. No one really knew where the item was that I was looking for. I would give negative stars if I could. Horrible.
Great service but man is the custodial need some work. Regardless I still had a good time putting the door in the bathroom back together because their is no way I'm getting stuck in a home depot on the pot.....De to the poe.. ...... ......... ... . N .. ........ .. I........c.......k......was here.
Terrible customer service. Their delivery team messed up our fridge and we’ve been in a fight for months on them replacing it. We bought the extended warranty and apparently they does not cover delivery install. I will not be recommending them to anyone. Even the Hermitage store manager said If the fridge had been delivered from his store we would have a new fridge already. Also - stay away from LG products. Never purchase a LG fridge.
I just happened to be looking for some odd odd shape screws. Is for a special project. One of the employees was very helpful and did not stop until I found what I needed.....
