Don't ever buy anything from this store. I purchased a GE 850 washer and dryer, the washer was delivered damaged so I called the Home Depot Hotline. They arranged a pickup of the damaged washer and delivery of of new washer for a week later. So far so good. The next week the delivery guys show up and pick up the damaged washer but don't have a replacement and can't even tell you when another washer will be delivered. The store manager of this store was very helpful and told me, well there is nothing I can do about it. Well spend 2000 dollars. Hope they invest the money well because that will be the last money I've ever spent at Home Depot. There is always Lowe's and plenty of other appliances stores
This home depot stands apart somewhat from the rest in out surrounding area! The staff are always friendly and super helpful! They keep thier location clean and organized! I will always choose this home depot over the others!
It took 6 weeks to get someone to come to our house to measure for new closet doors and interior doors because they wouldn't accept my measurements RF installations was the contractor they used to measure. Then when we went to the store to pick our doors, no one works there. We paged on the overhead several times and asked 3 different employees for assistance in the doors department. Waited 45 minutes and no one came. Then we called the 800 number for “virtual assistance”, and RF installations didn’t upload all of our measurements to the system, so we couldn’t order the doors. I’m trying to sell our home and need these doors ASAP. It’s been one nightmare after another. And not just with doors- every time we go there, or any home depot- it is the absolute worst customer service and we can never find anyone to help. We couldn’t get assistance in the garden department either because the only person working there didn’t speak english.
Poor customer service only one guy in lumber he wouldn't get off the forklift to help the 5 of us in line waiting. One guy actually told me I could use the saw. Funny if I would have tore the saw up it would have been their problem. Next time I might give it a try and do their job anything go wrong I'll just sue
It was pretty busy in the store. I was able to find everything I was looking for, but I did notice that there were sections of the store that had low inventory levels. The checkout/self checkout is not run very orderly. There's plenty of parking available, and most of the shopping carts were rounded up.
I went to Hone Depot Elmwood 5/15/23 to pickup a curbside order. Had an issue with the HD app. A young man that worked there said he would go inside to get someone to assist me. A young lady named Brigette came out smiling and happy to help me. She went inside and 2 minutes later came out with my shade. It wouldn't fit in my car. She mentioned the back seat should lay down. I didn't know how. She did it and put it inside my car and I was happily on my way. She was so pleasant and helpful and smiling through it all, that is why I am writing this review. Thanks you Brigette!!
I really liked this Home Depot. The employees actually asked if you need help, so much better than the one in Gretna. Very neat and tidy.
Ridiculous. Half hour wait for curbside. Being COVID + could not go into the store. I was the only curbside customer. Half hour wait and endlessly on hold with customer service. Had to ask three employees outside for help. Finally got it. Someone is collecting a paycheck to not do their job.
The plumbing aisle is absurd. The spot for the item you're looking for is fully stocked with some other item. Whoever is in charge of stocking the shelves at this store needs to read this review.
Would usually give this place 4 stars, however yesterday I went here for some things I need for a few projects. The employee in Hardware was not only rude and short but he apparently needed help. He was overrun with customers and attempted to call for help a couple times to help ease the crowd that was needing help. To no avail help did not show up. Shame on management for not taking the initiative to ensure these popular departments are assigned at least 2 if not three employees. Cant tell me they don't have the resources. There was workers in the parking lot with customers and inside leaned up against the customer service area. Sorry to be so vague but shelves aren't regularly stocked talking about the matching sku #'s clearly visible on the upper racks and dont even think about using a ladder to access it to retrieve the material to save the employee from having to do it. Aside from this Covid mess this store is usually on point but lately they are starting to get complacent and I cant help but question the management. I do refer this store but hope it gets back on track soon.
