Okay so when you go to refund something up there at Home Depot make sure that you know exactly what you're doing because they will short you big-time on it. I bought an impact drill sets that came with an impact drill 3/8 ratchet and a half inch impact. The half inch impact ended up burning up on me and they wanted to take my entire set and not just replace my half in impact. I didn't make any sense to me I don't know why they did it like that or we're trying to do it like that so whenever you go up there just make sure that you are ready to get no help at all useless as always.
My wife and I was helped in the flooring department with 120 sq ft of artificial grass by Prince and his coworker sorry I can't remember her name these two young folk was very helpful. They made our experience very pleasant. I'm a jokerster. They gave as good as they got. A lot of young folk these days aren't very engaging. That certainly wasn't the case with these 2.
They keep this location pretty well staffed most of the time and employees are usually pretty good about helping out when needed. Most items are available when I need them and can be ordered if not available. Check their website first if the item is not a very common item. You may be surprised at the amount of product available not in store, but available for delivery to your home or the store. Their online selection seems to be much larger than Lowes.
The associates are not helpful. They do not know their products. Were not helpful finding correct items, twice now. I spent 6 hours one day and 3 hours another day trying to get one item.
Aaron was great in customer care. Manager needed and she was very professional and courteous attempting to resolve issues.
Ready for my new riding mower, I've heard alot of great things about Cub Cadet mowers, so its our turn to find out. The Store Manger and the lady's in customer service was so helpful and the young man from outside garden helped too. Great place to shop.
I went to get a replacement for a sprinkler head and Jerry House assisted me and I couldn't be any more pleased. He didn't just show me where they were and walk off like so many do. He spent some time making sure it was the right one and made sure I didn't have any questions. He was patient and very friendly and thank you Home Drpot for hiring good, personable knowledgeable people. It was a great experience. Thank you Jerry.
24 months ago we bought a refrigerator with a 24 month 0% interest credit card that home depot was promoting to us at the store. We filled out the paperwork with Brenda at the home depot store and found out a few months later she submitted our paperwork incorrectly and our payment plan was no longer 24 month with no interest. We had to call the credit card company to have it changed to our agreed terms of 24 months 0% interest, which they assured us they did. Now it's been exactly 24 months and we find out that we still owe over $1100 dollars and that we've been paying 25.99% no one in there right mind would pay that much in interest, we never agreed to that. This is a predatory loan interest rate they've been charging us and they're not even sure they can fix it.
Dont hire people who dont want to work or feel the need to lie to customers about yalls policies. We asked about the price matching yall have and were told that Home Depot doesnt price match and that we were better off ordering online if we wanted cheaper prices. We found a dog kennel that yall supply in store and tried to have it price matched but we were told that it wasnt the same kennel even though they had the same images and same exact logos and same exact dimensions only yalls was $417 and the competitors have it at $246. Fix yalls customer service and get yalls employees in line
I walked in to the Longview store to buy 1000’ of 12/2 wire. No one would come unlock the wire so I could check out. After calling the store from my cell phone multiple times I ended up leaving without the wire. Home Depot customer service is terrible.
