Where do I begin? For those who don't feel like reading this entire review, DO NOT have Home Depot install your dishwasher. You would think that having the "professionals" install your dishwasher would be the preferred choice, but you'd save yourself headache and damages doing it yourself if you can. Let's recap what Home Depot dishwasher installation for me looked like see attached photos: the installers chipped the laminate floor and newly built cabinets, did not level the dishwasher both horizontally and vertically, and you're not going to believe this, dropped a socket into my brand new garbage disposal, which we didn't find until after we turned it on. On top of all of that, the dishwasher doesn't even work it gives an error every time we try to run it! It's a joke how bad this installation was; it would've been better not to have had them over at all. I could have babysat them to ensure it was done right, but I shouldn't have to. Is it too much to ask that the "professionals" to do their job right while I'm doing my job? Just save your money and go with someone else; Home Depot is not the way to go you'd be better off paying twice as much to not have to go through the same experience.
Back again July 2023 All I can say is...... There's never anyone around when you need help... I have to change my 4 star to a 3 stars _________________ Super clean. Mostly everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few problems at the customer service department. I wait in line for a good 30 to 40 minutes just to pickup something I purchased online. It was paid for and everything, when I finally get my turn, they answer a phone call and take care of that person before they help me. I know whenever I call I always get put on hold because they're with a customer. I was in a real hurry that day. I apologized and explained that I was in a hurry and she just ignored me and continued to help the person on the phone. She did not apologize for it and she helped me with severe attitude. I didn't get a have a nice day afterwards either. I completely felt ignored, and dismissed. However, for the most part everyone here is always pretty much all about customer service, with the exception of the customer service woman, pretty ironic lol.
I like how this home improvement store kept a whole collection of tools, appliances, and other products. It even has the Garden Center for plants and flowers to be sold. Home Depot is so amazing around here!
A purchased a Ryobi multi tool but didn’t meet my needs, it was really underpowered so I returned it to this HD and a chubby girl named Isabella right off the bat refused to accept the return, she said the serial numbers on the tool didnt match the serial numbers on the box which was true, I didnt know why, a manager was called in and he also refused the return, they both proceeded to accuse me of pulling a scam, they both had a real powet trip I contacted Ryobi about this and complained to them about the serial #’s not matching and to my surprise they said theyre power tools serial number never match the box and that Home Depot knows about it and even stated that they didn’t to do their job by accepting the return, so I called Home Depot and explained to them what Ryobi told me but the rep sounded like she didnt care, so to me it sounds like theyre just going to continue turning down other potential customers returns.
We spent more than 500k per year the customer service it’s terrible ! Trying to return some items they don’t accept it if you purchased in another store , glitches on system and he more we are being treated like our business it’s not important!!! Very disappointed i wish Lowe’s was better too! They should copy Costco’s costumers service I am always happy there ! Too bad they don’t sell construction materials like this store !
I was in a hurry and had to make a phone sale fortunately Alexia did her job very quickly and with the best disposition possible, she really knows what she is doing and understands that sometimes we are in a hurry and she looks for a way to do her job well and quickly, thank you very much, the good must also be said
It's a Home Depot. I doubt they vary much from location to location. This one has a nice garden center.
Clean, friendly service. The store is always looking good. They take very good care of their building. The shelves are well stocked. Great DIY projects and for projects. Prices are the same, which is good, you get what you're paying for.

Moved to Pico Rivera 6 years ago... been coming to this store for EVERYTHING...replaced my roof my plumbing my drywall built a storage shed EVERYTHING and I had never had a bad experience until today... they didn't want to accept.the military ID for the military discount...Ok so I did it on line.. when it was time to load the 6 x 8 feet pre assembled wood fences I was stuck doing it alone.. there were 5 employees literally WATCHING as I drug them from inside the store to the truck parked right outside... until one of the customers there helped me out no way I would have loaded that by myself... you guys used to have the BEST customer service...hopefully this was just a fluke
