You always have to hunt someone down to find what your looking for, then when you find somebody they always tell you oh go ask that person to help you.. All they do is just walk around all day do absolutely nothing I can't understand why people like to go to home Depot their prices are actually not fair.. I'm going to Lowe's for now on
Please hire more staff during peak hours…. waited almost half an hour just for assistance in Power Tools. . They managed to send over a young gentleman who helped us out. Thank you

From the moment I stepped foot inside until the completion of my purchase, I was thoroughly impressed with the remarkable service provided by the knowledgeable staff and the superior quality of the products available. One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional assistance provided by the friendly and well-informed staff at The Home Depot. From the moment I walked in, I received a warm welcome and received prompt help with any questions or concerns I had. The staff members were not only knowledgeable but also went above and beyond to guide me through the store, helping me locate the items I needed and offering valuable advice for my home improvement projects. Their expertise and willingness to provide excellent service truly made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. The product selection at The Home Depot was extensive and of the utmost quality. Whether I needed tools, building materials, or home appliances, I found a wide range of options to choose from. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find specific items, and the availability of various brands and price ranges ensured that there was something to cater to everyone's needs and preferences. I greatly appreciated the emphasis on high-quality products, which gave me confidence in the durability and reliability of my purchases.
This store is the worst in regards to some management and specially Safety . Some managers don’t even come out of the office at all until closing time . Some employees don’t do anything at all but I blame management. Take a look at the safety concern I have see pictures . They need to get a reality check . What would happen in case of a fire in the building. I took this pictures before I left but this was a daily thing supposedly to deter theft .The only good managers are the following: Jesus , Henry , Jose , George , Axel. The rest are practically worthless like Christine is a joke . Also GRANT the DEM is a Bully ! Don’t work for MET if he’s there he’ll make your life hard and stress you out . Many have quit and stepped down because of him ! @homedepotcorporate #homedepotcorporate
If you need to call this store for anything, expect to be on hold for over 10 minutes. They just pick up and put you back on hold. No courtesy hello sorry for the wait nothing. And if you need something in store you have to wait until there conversations are over. There plant selection is good that's the only star from me
Just had a bad experience here hoping to get some help and electronics and I asked about three of the employees one on a forklift and two other employees here walking with him they said they would give me help in the electronics department but they did not help whatsoever, I had to go look for the person which was Jessica in the electronics department and she was great helping me.. and I did receive acknowledgment from the manager, I believe her name is Vern..which I believe that is good but the other employees that ignored me,that was not.
This location has the worst service, in person and over the phone. I called several times to place an order PRO Desk and I was on hold each time for over 15min for them to just hang up. I asked to speak to the Manager and was transferred to Jose, the "MANAGER" and as I was explaining the issue he hung up on me. JUST TERRIBLE!!
Was working out in the area I have been here multiple times threw the years and usually helpful and friendly but today I felt like a different vibe from the workers when asking for help not a bad experience to give less stars but wouldn’t give more either
