Love walking around here finding deals! The yellow tagged clearance is in the middle section on the end cap, and there's usually three end caps. Some of the clearance is a really good deal, some of it isn't, you just have to look for it. Also if you look in the appliance section they have a couple of appliances that are also on clearance. Usually nearly empty. Nice employees! I love self checkout! Actually really love this location, it's kind of out of the way, I don't think a lot of people know about it, it's in my neck of the woods though and I love coming here! Meet Ron. He saved me not only multiple trips to get the right stuff, but helped me make wise choices that saved me money. Every Home Depot needs a Ron. Amazing help. Thank you sir!
Neil N. In rental department needs to get laid. I called him to help troubleshoot the carpet shampoo machine. He was instantly argumentative. I could hardly get a word in. Long story short, I wasted an hour of my time and then was told my Neil he would give me half off. When I returned the machine he instantly threw in my face, “the previous machine works.” Oh nice, now you can go let someone else waste an hour He handed me the receipt at full price, I asked about 50% off. He said his manger will not allow discount because the machine worked. I then found manager at customers service. She was not able to do anything because Neil N. Already checked me out!! Guy got the last laugh. I have rented here twice a year since 2018 and remodeled/remodeling my house from this place. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. Thanks Neil!!
This is an exceptional store for both retail and customer service. I accidentally forgot items on my cart when loading it into the car, so I went back the next day and both the customer service folks and the store manager was kind enough to help resolve those. The staffs here are truly amazing.
DO NOT order product for delivery from this location. I ordered online, for delivery 6 4'x8' sheets of a white plastic wall paneling. All 6 that were delivered has large, deep black scratches, large black greasy hand prints, bird poo and indentation that looked like they had been driven over by a pallet jack or something heavy. I called to complain, and they told me to return them. I pointed out that I had the 4 foot by 8 foot panels delivered because I don't have a pick up. I was transferred to a Manager on Duty who said they could be picked up, and would schedule. The following Monday I received a call that they were picking up while I was at work. When I got home they were still there. Called the number back that had called me and the driver said that since I wasn't home he didn't know what to pick up, and that he's a contractor and home Depot provided no information on what was to be picked up. It's Wednesday, nearly a week after the damaged product was delivered and no word yet on when/I'd they will pick up. Store has been completely unhelpful, and has yet to apologize for picking and sending what effectively garbage to my house. Clearly they don't care about customer service when I called they didn't apologize or even say they are sorry for my inconvenience Check out the pictures, would you, or anyone reasonable mount dirty, scratches up panels like this on a wall? Wouldn't you apologize and try to make it right if you sent garbage like this to someones house? Home Depot doesn't seem to thing there is anything wrong with this, and that why you should avoid this location
I enjoy shopping for my home at Home Depot and the assistant that I received through out the store. What I do not enjoy or like is being watched as I check out as if I’m not going to scan all my items. I felt very uncomfortable and judged. She was very obvious policing me while I made my $200 purchase with my Home Depot credit card. All black people don’t steal lady. Next time I come in I will address her if I see her.
The water heater I ordered had extensive damage to its exterior, and appeared to have been dropped by a forklift. My plumber assumed I had bought a discounted water heater and installed it for $700. This was not an acceptable amount of damage so I told him to uninstall it while I figure out what to do. I used a truck from Home Depot to move the damaged water heater to the store to get an undamaged heater. I was given a new one and discounted $200. This is not acceptable because the installation was $700 which I have paid for twice due to the product being damaged in delivery. I will not be using the delivery system at this store again. Home Depot did indicate that they would install it for me, but then also indicated that they would charge me $980. The unwillingness to move towards a fair resolution is disappointing.
Had a great experience today with Nathan Mascarenhas while my husband and father in law were trying to decide between a new chainsaw, It was busy in the store and he was so efficient in helping us find the things we needed. Was one of our best experiences at Home Depot ever because of him. Greatly appreciate his positive witty character!
put in an online order for pick up and never received a pick up time for the order after waiting for 3 days. Ridiculous. And it even says it would be ready within 2 hours. This was the second time ordering online curbside pickup. The first experience was great because it was ready within a couple hours. But 3 days and nothing??? So order was cancelled and I ended up going in store getting the stuff. Just trying to save myself some time from in-store shopping with my busy schedule. online order with curbside store pick up was not a great experience this time around.
Well staffed facility that made it easy for me to find what I was looking for. I also noticed that the store was tidy and very easy to access from Hwy 694. Kudos!
