Everything was good with home Depot like always however they do need to find a way to start staffing checkouts with cashiers. I do not appreciate having to do self checkout. I know some folks do prefer self checkout however I don't work for free. Thank you
It’s been a very long time, since I was rejected service because my order was not expensive enough… $3k+… and I’m a contractor who constantly buys my materials there. However I’ve been told that they don’t help with “cheap cabinet designs” and I need to check myself what they have in stock and pull it of the shelves and just run it to the cashier. That’s how you treat your “regular” customers?
Buyers beware, Selling used tools as new, probably because they are too lazy to do their job properly. Obviously used tools in a new box, they were even dirty… I ordered online, paid online and did Curbside, noticed the box had been opened before, but there was 5 parts in there as expected and didn’t really check my tools until I got home, only to find older generation used tools in their place. When I returned to the store, at the expense my time and gas, we found at least 4 more opened boxes on the shelf, which I’m willing to bet are all *tucked* too, I suggested they pull them all and check them, who knows if they will…. There’s serious issues with this store, either the customer service people are incompetent and or so is the management, this is a simple easy check for returned for serial numbers or tool part numbers, before returning items to the shelf. Though there is a slight possibility that someone swapped them on the floor too, but my box was a mess compared to the new box, which suggests to me it wasn’t some quick swap on the sly, it was a return. No compensation for my time and gas wasted for their mess up. I suggest you shop elsewhere.
We were ready to make a large appliance purchase to replace our old stuff. We shopped all the stores and a few appliance joints. Home Depot smoked em all. We hit the black Friday deals combined with their buy in bundle deal we bought a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer, dryer. We saved several grand and that's with the 5 year warranty plan. If your in the hunt for one or more this is the place. Go to Appliances and ask for Jackie. Young lady knows her stuff. She should-shes also a private contractor on the side. Like I said she knows her stuff and we had alot of fun and laughs too. Highly recommended!
Don't fall for the promotional balances that Home Depot has in the store. They promise something and does something else. They said all my purchases are included in the promotional balance which is 6 months interest free but i was charged interest. This is the last time i buying anything in Home Depot ever.
Note to self: never purchase lights from Home Depot. I bought 2 sets of C9 LED Halloween lights, the first 2 sets stopped working right after hanging them up. Replaced fuses, still nothing. I buy 2 more boxes. Same thing happens. I will not be purchasing any lights from Home Depot ever again, buy lights elsewhere!!!
Had to replace the dryer went to Home Depot due to the convenience of having a Home Depot Credit Card. Made sure to choose a dryer that I was told was in stock to avoid further delay with installation. With dryer purchase, new electrical cord, new venting, and disposal of old dryer my total was about $1000. Home Depot has another company do their installations. I was fine with that even knowing I had to wait over 1 week for delivery and install. I was supposed to receive a call the day prior to installation with a time window and received no call the day prior or day of installation! Finally at 3pm I called Home Depot asking about my dryer. I was given a 800 number which I sat on hold for 20min to be told the installation company never received the dryer and I will get a call within 48hrs to reschedule installation. I asked for a manager and sat on hold for another 20mins to be transfered back to the Home Depot store. I talked to a manager there who had zero answers for me and told me he'd call back after making a phone call. After about 30min the manager called me back to say May Tag truck never delivered dryer and he had no idea where the dryer or truck it's on is located. I then asked for compensation and the manager said it's not Home Depo's fault its on May Tag. I asked for May Tag's number and was given another 800 number again sat on hold for 20mins to be told that they can't help because I didn't purchase the dryer directly thru May Tag but with Home Depot. After talking to the online Home Depot people it was confirmed that my installation WILL NOT be priority and I will have to wait 48hrs for a call to reschedule the installation which could or could not be another week maybe more. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER! I WILL NEVERSHOT HOME DEPOT AGAIN!
The Home Depot Customer Delivery Manager Lee knocked it out of the park with a disastrous situation that was no fault of Home Depot but rather the vendor. He was kind, he solutioned, he stayed with us throughout the entire call and situation. We are very thankful for his quick thinking and willingness to work with us.
Home Depot Apple Valley failed not once, but twice at delivering and installing our washer and dryer we purchased weeks ago! The 1st time they took our old appliances away and then said the new ones wouldn't fit without even measuring. They called later to say that they actually would fit and were going to return in 4 days. We canceled our annual Christmas lights trip to be home today for the delivery and it was canceled without any notice. YOU CANCELED THE DELIVERY WITH NO NOTICE! Now we're told we have to wait 8 more days. You took our old washer and now we have nothing! And you're telling us 8 more days! How unprofessional are you guys. You're a huge company and you can't figure this out. How ridiculous. UPDATE- we have to wait nine more days to attempt delivery again! NINE MORE DAYS!
