We were just there, and we were walking up to check out when an old white lady came running up saying that she had to check the totes we were buying to make sure we weren’t stealing anything. We had been there 10 or 15 times buying the same totes over the last few months, but no one ever accused us of stealing anything until today. We were just there yesterday and spent $700 on totes and we just spent another $500 on totes just now. We’ve spent over $6k on totes altogether because we have to have them to store our inventory, but we definitely won’t be going back to this location ever again because of this. She tried to lie about it being store policy, and she even insinuated that she saw us hiding stuff in the totes on camera, but as soon as she looked and didn’t find anything she backed off. She’s going to get them sued for lying and falsely accusing people of stealing because she lied about seeing us hiding things in the totes, and that never happened. Update we went back to this store again, and apparently this store is a popular hangout spot for gay men because the men I had with me said that someone wrote tap foot for bj on all of the stalls in the men’s room, and the men who were in there were tapping their feet and kicking the wall.
When it cane to self checkout or needing someone to do it. I had my choice. I would rather wait in line to have someone do the check versus me doing it. As like in Lowes where it's pretty much all self checkout. And people seem to be far in-between. Again, shopping where they say hello, can help you is still a good thing in my book. Home Depot might not have everything I need. But they do offer a friendlier and more helpful environment. So this does sway to where I go over all.
Waited 20 min outside at 9 pm to help us load and told 2 people at cashier that we need help loading NO ONE showed up and they are just standing inside doing nothing horrible experience. I am hoping they bring Lowes to this town.
Order was placed online, thinking it would be faster...in the end due to time sensitivity, I had to go and physically grab my own order myself 90lb bags of concrete and 60lb bags of sand and take them back up to customer service. I will say that once back to customer service desk, since I grabbed exactly what the order was "check out" was a breeze.
The employee Adrian working at the key center has a horrible attitude. I've came in contact with this employee twice and both times he has a demeanor as if he hates his job and doesn't want to be there. Not to mention giving me false information about a product that I needed for work. If I can avoid coming to this location just so I don't come in contact with Adrian, I will.
Love the staff as they are knowledgeable and very friendly. They always welcome my little dog and give her a treat before we leave.
In fast out fast first time exchanging old propane tanks for new but the automated system was allright tho if your doing more then one there is no warning that you havento enter the same code for however many tanks your exchanging
Went in to grab a couple items to finish a home project. They had what I was looking for and the prices were not bad. The store is celebrating 4th of July with a lot of deals. Staff is great as always. BIG call-out to the employee Ray who is always courteous and helpful. Great customer service!
This is typical of any Home Depot I've ever been in. It's clean and well-organized I'm sure if you know where you're supposed to be going and what you're supposed to be getting. But some of us are a little less Home Improvement inclined and find ourselves wandering the store for hours on end like a maze. Not once did anybody ask if I needed help. I was probably a good choice because I probably wouldn't even know how to explain what I needed. But there's a huge selection of items and the people seemed friendly although I didn't converse with anyone. I guess I would recommend this place especially if you are well-versed in the Home Depot language.
Employees usually yapping to each other while in the way instead of helping,hard to see prices, especially when items are not in the correct place. Almost always have isles closed down and half the time nobody is even in them working. Need a lowes in pahrump bad.
