I didn't have a good experience. The two employees were rude in my opinion. Because, I took one paper from a election place to have a copy. I think they are both students. One said she was unsure they could copy the paper. It came in the mail from the election board. I have copied them before at a Copier place. One on of them should have called for their store manager. I asked for a store copier card to add money on it. I did. The copier card was having issues. The guy noticed came over. He had the same issue. So I decided not to return their to make copies. I bought nothing from there. Their food items they have stocked have expired. They sell them anyway. I bought a large can of cookies and opened them. They taste terrible. They had expired. Otherwise, their service is mediocre. They don't have cashier's anymore. Self service available . Maybe going down.
I just had the best customer service at the Pro Desk. Pam was the nicest gal when I needed help. She interacted with me in a way I knew she enjoyed helping customers. She asked for assistance from another Pro worker to get me what I needed. He instructed her on how to do the procedure and she handled it on point! We need more like Pam in customer service! PS I always have great experience at this Mishawaka store !
I'll be honest I haven't shopped here much. My husband and decided to take a look. We ended up buying a new fridge. I was pleasantly surprised at the great customer service that we received.
I had to go to Office Depot last night to pick up something for work. I ended up getting the wrong product but I’ve got my receipt so I’ll get that fixed tonight probably if not sometime this weekend. I don’t remember the last time I had been in an Office Depot but that store doesn’t disappoint it has everything you can imagine and it’s nicely stocked and everything is organized where you can find things without a problem. I had a great experience in Office Depot overall.
I wish I could give negative Stars after today! I was in line to pay cash for some lumber to help my sister with a house shes selling . The cashier and 2 other employees were pushing a HD Credit card on the people ahead of me. I was being patient I know they are told to solicit the HD card! I didn't want to use the self checkout but was told to go over there and the woman would ring me up. Yes she rang me up alright she did something wrong I couldn't figure out, the total was $50 more than it should be !!! She said she couldn't pull the purchase list up until I paid?? If it was wrong to go to customer service and get a refund!!! I had already spent way too much time in this store the day before was a nightmare another story I had a reason not to pay for the mistake she made!! So I gave in I was going to have to use a personal credit card to pay for the over charge but it wouldn't accept one $20 bill because it was a old bill A customer should not have to pay for an employee's mistake! She didn't think it was a big deal? So I demanded a refund and went back to the manned register after waiting for a supervisor to get my money back out of the machine that I put in! And guess what when the other person rang me up the total was correct? Hmmm I don't know anyone that will just accept a mistake like this then have to go to the other side of the store to get the money they over paid back. My sister doesn't like Lowes but I'm never going back to this Home Depot again! It's Lowe's or another store. They lost all of my business.
Having a Home Depot credit card, they keep sending me 10% off coupons. As I was using one received in the mail, another one was sent via email the same day. Also, the clerk helping at the self-checkout went out of her way to help me. Having a lot of items, made it more of a team effort then self-checkout.
This review is about a year old but just now remembering it. We went in for a ryobi chainsaw that was a certain price/size. The employee searched high and low literally bc it showed they had a few in stock. We thought he finally found it but when we got to the register, we could tell by the price it wasn't the correct one. They ended up taking the price down to the one we had been trying to find. I'm sure this thing had some sort of upgrade that the other didn't, but they seemed identical to me.
Went to purchase a plant, found several that looked horrible! This place wanted to charge full price for a plant in this condition! The manager on duty was absolutely rude, several of your evening managers show lack of customer service skills!
Got a lot of deck lumber and it’s great quality. Delivery went very well. Have been nailing it down and it’s going well, could use some help if anyone is interested.
Great place to shop for home improvement projects. The staff are always friendly and helpful. If you're buying lumber, double check it for deformities.
