Always good service here. Not too busy when we went recently. I exchanged a thermostat at customer service which went smooth, then looked around the store. I was in there a month or so ago too and had awesome service from a guy in the building department. Helped bring shelving down and get it on the cart for me. It was busier then and he was getting lots of questions and asking him for help. He kept his cool and kept working. Keep up the good work everyone.

They have lots of stock, and the place is well organized. There are lots of people around to help you, and check out is super quick! They have super fair prices which are lower than their competitors! There's lots of parking. They have a great garden section!

Never coming to deliver here again ever. This truck guy just blocked the way and i have to wait in the middle of busy road ,also i had to go all the way to shipping department to let these people know to clear the way and they did what!! Started offloading his truck in the middle of the entry road and left me waiting on road. COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF.

Was promised a 1 week delivery on a large purchase of thousands of dollars. All other stores in the surrounding area said it would take 2 weeks to deliver. 1 week goes by and nothing. Now they are telling me it's 2 weeks. ILL BE STUCK OUTSIDE WORKING IN THE SNOW ! I believe the staff intentionally lie just to get the sale when they know it takes 2 weeks. I won't order from here ever again.

Be careful to double check on your receipt before you leave the store. Today when we purchase the lumbers, the price that cashier told us was too high. We mentioned about it, we just bought 18 lumbers so no way the price cost that much. Instead of double check, she told us that yeahhh everything goes up in price. We did not want to argue with her, we took the receipt and checked. For sure, she charged us 118 lumbers not 18. So we talked about the issue to her, she said she could not help. We needed go to Return section to do it. Not even an apology to us from her. What if we don't check before we leave, what if someone does not know the price well? This makes me feel like I am being scam if I did not check it right. We shop here everyday, but this time the customer service was so bad. I never want to write the bad review on any business, but you never move forward without the self-awareness or receive the real feedback. Hope I do not have to waste my time in line to fit an employee's mistake again. So disappointed how cashier lady treated us this way.

Ok so I don't know if home Depot head office forced this but it's October 15th and there is almost nothing that can be bought for Halloween but we'll if you want Christmas supplies well you could decorate a neighborhood I'm not buying my decorations 6 months in advance like I'm kinda upset that the whole retail sector has is packed up Halloween and brought out Christmas supplies looks like Amazon is gonna make more money again due to when people are trying to get things in the past few weeks before set up everything is packed up and gone I have been trying to buy a few things for a few weeks but no more supply gonna be available so I hate trying to buy from retail when it comes to seasonal products that I'm not planning on buying 2+ months in advance I have better things I'm doing at that time 2 to 4 weeks before I am thinking about buying a product not 2 + months

The wood is terrible. Chipped floor on top. Not plained properly. Many knots on top. Many curved lots of small pieces barely any long pieces. Very very very disappointed. Purchased 30 boxes to do 2 rooms and don't think we are going to be making it with all the junk wood. The tongue and grove is not cut properly. Not milled properly. Will be going to home Depot to have a chat with management to see what they will do about the flooring. We have been doing the floor for a few days and just get drained from having to sift through the wood. We shouldn't have to do this when it should be done before reaching home Depot. Some boards have 8-10 inch splits down the middle.

Had issues with a battery and charger bought in August and had no receipt. Louise at returns and Mike the Asst manager were more than helpful. They went above and beyond to help us and replace the charger.

I always get great customer service at this location. Happy frequent shopper. Also I'm not sure who picks the music played throughout the store but they are definitely a huge Michelle Branch fan. It's always playing.

I've been to more than a few Home Depot's, and I have to say as an out-of-towner I kind of like this one best. Not only are the staff knowledge and friendly with a particular nod to the rental guys - the customers are willing to help as well! Selection and prices are typical, as to be expected.
