Whatever your project is, at the end we all end up here. Home depo- the church for religion of renovation/projects. Definitely fully stuffed with everything you need. The prices are not the greatest since we found the same things cheaper at the other places, but you definitely don’t want to lose your time going to many places because of the price when you can get all things in one place. I wouldn’t recommend taking their service for kitchen/flooring, since the third parties they are working with are so expensive. The estimate they gave us- I still have a headache of it

People working here are very nice. This store normally has everything I need for working on projects. Pickuping online orders at the customer service counter or at the pickup boxes are great. You can also find the item locations by looking up on their website. All these are convenient features offered at this location. By the way, the hotdog stand by the entrance is also very good.

Offered help even before I asked. They had exactly what I wanted. Prices were as shown on site. And they carried my heavy dirt out to my car.

i lost my receipt so i could not fill out a survey josephine at mt prospect store went way beyond call of duty. i went in looking for bandages and i asked a employee where they were. they told me where but wrongly thought i was bleeding. i was walking all around the store looking for things as i checked out josephine came up to me saying oh good i found you. i have been looking for you all over the store. do you need a bandage i heard you were bleeding. i was fine but her concern made my day. thank you josephine!!

I called the store on an error they did by charging my account and I got transferred and hung up on. I then called again and they had me on hold for 7 minutes then said the managers are in a meting and hung up on me. I called back to see if someone could help ke figure out there error and the guy that answered said I don't know when they are done and hung up. Yeah, sucks that I am trying to figure out there error and that's how we get treated

Never before have I met a worker as rude as Ken. We were waiting around the key area because a different worker told us to go there and wait. He saw us waiting and looking at the key options while he proceeded to yell at us for waiting in front of there. The other employees were fine but Ken at the very least should know that what he did was wrong

This Home Depot was overall pretty nice. Didn’t spend too much time inside since I was there for the garden center but the store seemed well organized. The plant selection was large but sad. They did have a fertilizer spill in the garden center which did make it smell bad. Lots of the plants were struggling and I also noticed aphids on a couple plants so definitely beware if you buy plants from here. They also didn’t have the potting soil that I was looking for but not a huge deal. Overall decent experience.

This place is like my home away from home, especially during the summer. I always have an at-home project going and what does Home Depot not have? The staff here is always super friendly and helpful... the store is always clean and organized... what more could I want from a handy store? And during the warmer months they have great specials on outdoor plants, so keep your eyes open!

The worst service I've dealt with. I ordered the product three times and each time someone canceled it without informing me, and the 4th time the manager, Brenda, in a very unpleasant way, told me to go to another location to order.

Usually have a great experience but today I went to buy an odd shaped light bulb and I was working off memory so I probably looked confused. A man approached me and asked me if I needed help. He had a name tag so I said sure. He didn't end up helping me at all and instead tried selling me solar panels. I'm not sure if this guy works at home depot and has a side hustle or he is just standing around waiting to pitch to people in the store but I don't want to be solicited to while I'm shopping.
