Attention HD, when a corporation like you runs the little guy mom&pop shops out of business, honor your obligation to keep items in stock for the communities you've fleeced. Time to smarten up, and clean up your store, look at these photos taken recently... Constantly empty fastener drawers! The stores you eliminated used to stock all this stuff in volume.... And look at the condition of your merchandise displays!
Screwed and mislead my parents when placing a order. Never got my order agent on the phone lied to my dad claiming that drivers were on our street but they never were, and called the wrong number to confirm address and now need to wait for a reschedule. Staff in store weren't helpful and the number they provided didn't work, 1 hour on hold and no pick up.
They did not install my gas dryer. They said I needed to have a plumber do it because they are delivery people from CT and not plumbers. They then didn't want to take the dryer back with me until I had them call their supervisor who agreed to give me a refund. It took a few weeks but I got my refund. Highly dissatisfied. On a good note: they did install my washer and took my old one away for a fee.
I was renting a vehicle and they disabled the truck so been calling talking to managers for days with nothing being done so I called my triple a to get it towed back to the store when triple a got there they did a walk around the truck and then told me they couldn’t touch the vehicle because it’s not registered and they showed me it expired in 2022 so I called the store manager and he told me he would get back to me never did so I called corporate today and they said they would reach out to store manager and have them call me that never took place then I just got a call for me to take care of the balance so they are renting out trucks that are not legal to drive and putting customers at risk if you look at sticker on license plate clearly it says 2022
The worst homedepot in western mass. The employees here all have bad attitudes. I'm unsure If its trickling down from management or not, but I shop at homedepot daily and I always have a bad experience at this location, today's experience was the last time I was dealing with I before writing a review, I'll be sure to avoid all business at this location
Great place. I've been here a million and one times in the last year alone. The associates at this location are consistently helpful! Great variety of products here and has a much better layout than the Enfield location. Customer care associates are phenomenal as well- they've been very helpful in complex situations.
My husband and I are Pro Members and looking to carpet our entire upstairs approximately 6 large rooms. We stopped by WSHD this morning to pick a carpet. No one was at the desk, or anywhere around so we took photos of the sku, carpet and padding and I planned to just call in to have the rooms measured and schedule for install. Fast forward to the afternoon, I call WSHD, ask them to connect me with the carpet department. The woman who picks up, transfers and the phone rings for 5 minutes. I hang up and call again. She then puts me on hold to page them. Someone else picks up and transfers me again. The phone rings again for 5 minutes. I hang up again and call back explaining this is now my 3rd time calling with no answer. They transfer me to a new desk. That desk transferred me over to yet again, a line that rang for about 7-8 minutes. I call back one last time, and without answering, they immediately transfer me to the endless ringing phone ext. Get it together WSHD, you've lost our business.
Had a very frustrating issue that I needed resolved and was fortunate enough that their Customer Experience Manager Arelys Baez took the time to hear out my concerns, get to the route of the problem and helped come up with a resolution. I’m going to be honest, I was extremely frustrated and she was nice enough to make sure my issues got resolved BEFORE I left the store. Home Depot, this one’s a keeper! :
My wife says I live at this Home Depot. In fact, she believes it would benefit us for me to quit my job and apply here. Just kidding! Yet, I do spend alot of time here. No matter how often I am at this Home Depot, the staff are super engaging and friendly. The products are rarely hard to find. Its easy to get lost in wanting to start 10 billion projects here!
