Full stock inventory. I'm impressed at the selection Michael's offers. While a day shift manager was awesome, dealing with a return I hada Michaels brand item the second shift Manager wasn't awesome, she was rude and totally unwilling to help as much as the day shift supervisor was helping. It seems she showed up to work mad.
I came to this location, overwhelmed with my list of art supplies for college. The associate that helped me, Evelyn, helped me with multiple tricky items and was patient and kind. One item needed to be returned and Evelyn was polite and wonderful through both experiences. Thank you!!!
A big store filled with things but not things that I'm attracted to. Very uninspiring. I generally go crazy at Michael's, but this location is lacking. Pros: clean, organized, friendly and helpful staff Cons: a lot of nothing
0 positive customer service experience. One woman at the register helping another customer halfway through her purchase ask me if I was paying with a credit or debit card. I said debit card and she proceeded to tell me to UC automatic pay stations. By the time I ring up my 1st item she already finished with the other customer, left her register and proceeded to pace around me texting on her phone . If she didn't want to help out any customers she shouldn't be working at business that deals with only customers! Going to be looking at different options from now on . Keep in mind I was the only customer that needed to be cashed out. Mendee, do better
Always a good selection. They also have some really cool sensory bins and a good variety. Great place to find baking supplies and melting chocolates.
Great place to buy crafts, if you're a traditional artist there's a great variety of pencils and paints, they have the best brands, I no longer need to order online from big retailers, pay shipping and wait a week, I can pick up the same day. If you work with resin you should definitely go somewhere else, they sell small bottles for a lot of money, I would definitely shop around, also the molds are very expensive, I'm sure you can just buy them for a dollar online from Chinese resellers, since this stuff is coming from china anyway.
They have a huge selection of art supplies my daughters get slime, clay, and color pencils. If you like crafts it's one of the best places to buy. You get ideas walking down the isles.
Good store, helpful customer service. I found what I was looking for, but I wish more products were made in USA, at least to have a choice. Easels, for example--don't we still make those in US?
Great sales, customer service is outstanding, and they have fancy self checkouts
I love this store!!! It has everything I need and thing I didn't even know I needed
