I love Home Depot and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the people working there… but the music selection is god awful! I have to ding them a star for this. It may sound stupid and trivial but it seriously makes me want to leave the store. The more time I spend browsing in Home Depot, the more money I spend! Learn your clientele, 99% of your customer base listens to classic rock or country music, not teeny bobber pop music.
Stopped in on Friday a little after 1:00 pm to grab a quart of paint and a couple other small things. When I reached the checkout line near the contractor entrance the line was full of customers with big orders. Dave at the pro service desk saw I only had 3 small items and offered to let me check out at the pro desk. Dave was very friendly and went above and beyond to get me out the door quickly. Employees like Dave are the reason I shop at Home Depot!
I went there for my perennial flowers for my front garden amd the prices was wonderful I love how my garden is looking right now but still have more to plant
Sometimes I have to pick up items from here for my boss and the curbside pickup is a breeze. Also if there is ever something that does not fit in my car, the employees offer to bring it inside and cut it free of charge to make it fit. Overall good people working here.
I would like to take time out of my day to shout out one of the managers Charles at the Camillus store 1257. Charles has helped myself and my clients multiple times. From delayed orders to discounts on tools Charles has always done his best to solve any problems that may arise. Charles was a Contractor for 17 years and his experience and knowledge gives him the insight to get to the bottom of whatever is going on. I have been in the business for nearly 20 myself and issues as we all know will arise. Having Charles as my go to guy is one of the many reasons that the Camillus Home Depot continues to be my #1 source for all of my home improvement needs. Great job Charles. Sorry for being a pain in the butt sometimes. You are appreciated my friend
Good as usual. Christmas stuff was cool to see. This shop isn’t my usual place to go, but for the researching I’m doing on fridges, it served my purpose.
I needed the most obscure part and Joey found it! He’s awesome!
Ck. Out lady spent a lot of her time to find the product I was looking for. She was super along with, I think his name was Mike. I think her name was Beverly. Super people.
They always have when we need. Staff is courteous and helpful.
No refund for a stove I was never allowed possession of - two weeks and counting. Multiple phone calls. No refund. Over $1,200 total. Today I called CC company to dispute the charge. Apparently that’s necessary before calling the FTC. Purchased an electric slide in stove 3/17/22. Called to specify slide in stove install after reading the fine print pert drop in stoves. Was assured slide in vs drop in - NO PROBLEM. delivery guys refused to unscrew a bracket. A BRACKET so when you lean on it it doesn’t come forward a standard slide in oven thing= ‘Too much liability’. On the truck it stayed. Calls pertaining to refund : I was berated for the likely culprit being ME - faulty shut off valve. That pertains to gas only egg on face? No problem. Move onto hard sell - Tried to ‘resell’ me the same product and send out with new subcontracted guys. NO. JUST NO. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. Apparently their answer to give money back for the product you wouldn’t deliver and I don’t possess is also NO JUST NO. YOU HAVE TO SUE THEM FOR YOUR MONEY BACK for a product they never gave you . Edit 6/28/22. Through cc company it took almost 4 months to recoup my money. Home Depot never responded or acknowledged a single thing even when the cc company and pro account reps tried to fix it. I have a pro account. 20-50k per year. No two sh!t given. How you think you’ll be treated?
