Very large Home Depot with a ton of stuff here..The odds are you will find what you want and even what you don't want. The staff was somewhat helpful. Parking is plentiful but usually have to park a bit from the entrance.
Mr. Ron, from the plumbing department is the best worker I have ever been helped by. If you have not clue of what u need for your project except an idea or a sketch, bring it to Ron, he will make your dream project come true. I have my new amazing deck thanks to him, and I did it all by myself. I am coming back for more project, Ron, thank you so much, see you soon.
Today Steve in the Middletown store took the time to explain to me how to operate a snowblower I had previously purchased. He was kind and patient. I would like to publicly thank him and let his store know how much I appreciated his help today. The girl at customer service was also helpful. Regrettably I did not get her name. Thank you.
I went to Home Depot to finalize my door order and Dean was extremely helpful and patient. I completed my order and he explained everything I needed to know. I received my new door today and I am beyond happy. The guy who installed it did an amazing job. I am so happy with my purchase.
You know what you're getting when you walk into a depot if you know what you want it's great but limited knowledgeable staff is where they're downfall is the lovely youth that works can't be bothered trying to help you so look for anybody older and then you'll get what you need
I had a very strange encounter at Home Depot I came in looking for a faucet and electric appliances. I was in the isle looking at a faucet when a man approached and offered to get me this item for a half price. Cash only he said. He also said that I can tell him the exact model of electric appliances I want and he will be able to bring it outside for me as long as I am willing to give him cash. Any item I need in Home Depot he can give me for a half off if I pay cash.
They had a lot of great stuff! We found everything we were looking for after at least three laps around the store lol! At least one of the laps was because I lost my husband though lol! The prices were a little higher than expected on some items but the staff was very friendly and helpful!
I wish I could leave zero stars. Do Not buy appliances here! They have no control over the delivery team. I paid for delivery, take away & install. The team was unable to install so we agreed they would drop off. The team got in the truck and drive away with my dryer and the burden is on me to reschedule. Zero accountability Zero customer service
I worked at this home depot and I loved when the old people these kids not at customer there a Chinese kid and Spanish I been a roadie driver for 3 years never had any problem till today first I have to go on a return for a pickup for a customer and wait 10 min David is still store manager he was always so good hiring so this Chinese kid ask fo lr my license I ask for the delivery paper he tells me I don't need it when I know I do and then he gets a customer in to our conversation so it was a terrible experice
This Home Depot is well organized!! I always find everything I need and very quickly! The associates always know what they are talking about. It’s always very clean in here and if they don’t have an item “in stock” they can order and have it the next day. Even during the holiday times they are very quick and efficient even with all the madness of the Christmas trees and holiday decorations. I got all my holiday decorations and cords and cables from this place with ease!
