What a place!! Where else can u live in a tent, get high, have a job all in one place. And get paid good money!!??

What a beautiful place to see some of our most vulnerable people trying to get their lives back on track with the help of the supportive and knowledgeable staff . Thanks to the whole staff for being through the highs and lows and not giving up on them. Thank you to the community for there support and there dislikes which helps staff and clients to find ways to better that relationship and make a better community for all. This is a live learning lesson for all. LOVE= the care and concern for another human being. Peace keep up the good work ALL.

This place is very dirty, on the outside anyway. The city should be more strict with the people there.

This place is offering some amazing services and combined care for our homeless and at risk populations. Some folks in the city want to complain about the ICH, but if you speak to the staff or look at the proven statistics. The ICH has done a lot of good since it opened its doors. Let Love Win! Stop the Hate, Stop the Stigma!!

I attended this location to drop off a food donation I was shocked by the conditions outside with all of the litter and open use of narcotics.

Just not enough programs nor is there any N.A for most who do drug there know consequences for any action taking from residents or staff they need to step up and take more action for the homeless residents

It's an amazing staple in our community! They are always going above and beyond for their clients and their services are lightening the stress loads on our health care system.

I've been there for about a week when in from the cold shelter was full. Staff there are very friendly and they learn your name right away and are caring and have an open ear. I felt welcomed and relieved to have a bed to lie down and sleep each night. Their food is good when you need something to eat. The only thing I do not like is when people are upstairs in the rest zone and are being loud by yelling at each other, especially this one couple who fights all night calling each other goof, accusing others of stealing their stuff and calling everyone goofs there, I felt included in that name calling. When I just go there for a place to sleep. They argued the other night from 6pm till 4am so I'm tired today. Good thing I'm in the official shelter now

Why is it that every homeless problem is directed to the North end ? Isn’t bad enough that this area of Kingston has been stigmatized since the time they put all social housing within one area decades ago. Do you honestly believe people will use the path way that runs right by the Integrated Care Hub with all the tents there. Get the people who own the empty lots and do something with the property . Tear down the derelict train station. . It’s a ruin. The new bridge / walkway is opening up this fall do you think people will use it as such . It’s really sad . If the city can spend thousands on changing street names in the university district and putting an effort to change the sigma of the Ghetto , they need to do that for the North End. The North End isn’t just Rideau Heights.
