I'm really hard on jewelry, unfortunately. I've had A LOT of jewelry repaired over the years. LOTS. But I've never had such a truly great repair as I've had this time. It's only after VERY carefully looking that I'm able to actually find the repair. I'm incredibly very picky about jewelry; just like you totally would not believe my standards about it. I hate it that I'm this way. OCD anyone?!! This box chain has been repaired so perfect that I cannot just randomly find the spot and have to look link by link to find it! Thank you Jewelry Doctor, just a great big thank you. P.S. - I'm forever grateful that they were able to work with me in getting my chain back to me as I'd been in hospital and unable to go in person. Again, my eternal gratitude.
Just saw a video of them trying to rip their customers off. Guy came in to fix a link on a necklace and they removed a diamond and claimed it was missing one. Luckily the owner of the necklace caught them in the act and the store put it back in. AVOID THEM

This place really is no good !! I wouldn’t recommend it to no one ! He gave me a price & I agreed for him to fix my watch, glass & the wrist band. He changed the glass but he supposedly was to change the wrist band but he only weld it together & broke off, again !! He kept my watch for 6 months or longer !! I dnt recommend this place to no one
I've been going to The Jewelry Doctor for over 15 years and have always received excellent professional service. Recently he beautifully restored my grandmother's ring so I could give it to my daughter for her wedding as something old.
Booked an appointment to downsize my wedding platinum ring. He was able to finish it in 3 hours, same day and did a good job.

Kelsey is an ABSOLUTE doll, and William the jeweler has an absolutely amazing array of custom made jewelry. He actually fixed my gold rope chain that I broke pretty bad, and charged me near to nothing. Also am gonna be working with him on making a custom pendant. Should be pretty impressive...thanks guys!
