My roommate and I shopped here last weekend. The prices were perfect and their product was adorable. Unfortunately, the employees sucked. The two individuals working talked about the recent arrest of popular comedian Katt Williams. One employee suggested Williams was arrested for domestic violence and credited this crime to Williams race. The store had no music, making it extremely easy to hear their racist chatter. They continued this type of conversation the entire time we shopped and they honestly wouldn’t shut up. I was so disappointed by these employees and their rude behavior. I have never been more uncomfortable in a retail store. If these two are working, I do not recommend shopping here. FOR EUGENE UNIVERSITY LOCATION NOT VALLEY RIVER

Stopped in because I read all the Facebook reviews and wondered what I'd been missing. The two ladies working were welcoming when I arrived. Within minutes they explained that they were waiting for transportation to a show in California. No problem, I'm a fast shopper. After 5 minutes one lady started dropping f-bombs because the transportation her ex husband was late. They then conversed among themselves about how horrible he is in front of the couple's teen age daughter - hopefully he reads my review . The phone rings and "Lisa" the owner answers to do business. She proceeded to tell the caller she buys over 200 estates a year. She ships the quality jewelry to her mother back east and throws the "junk" out on the floor to sell in the store. So.. at this point I'm wondering why I'm still standing in the store. I love jewelry, quality jewelry and I'm willing to pay for it. I quickly realized this place was a complete waste of time. So, if you love disorganization, foul language and junk jewelry from the 80's & 90's - this is your place!
