I was looking for somewhere fun to take my son for the summer, and this place did not disappoint. I was going to get the day pass but they said it would be cheaper per month to sign up for the monthly membership and it has unlimited days you can go during the week. Unlimited jumping for less than the price of day? Sign me up! It is super fun for the kids and gets all that energy out. The music plays pretty loud but is overall not offensive to my fairly conservative ears and can really hype them up to move. I feel like I get my mom points for the day when I bring them here.
It's a beautiful place , kids enjoyed I highly recommend going to this place and having fun. Also having massage machine for adults and slushie for kids. If you have membership, then you buy one cup of slishie and refill all the time for free. One member can always bring with you 1 or 2 friends for free like a guest.
They will convince you to get a membership because it will be “cheaper” even though after you cancel the membership it still charges you $80 every month. I have been trying to get ahold of them for days- from going onto the website to ask them to call me because they don’t have a customer support number to calling them continuously every day, and they STILL WONT ANSWER!! I’m not from Chattanooga and I live 4+ hours away so it’s not like I can drive up there or else I would
We've been going here for years. The staff is always really friendly and they make sure everything is always kept up and safe. I love that the membership is now month to month. It's really affordable as well! The kids love it! They have plenty of activities and plenty of comfy seating for the parents. The best jump place in the area!
We hosted my daughter’s 10th birthday at Defy! It was a great experience!
My son purchased a membership which allows unlimited jumping on weekdays. My grandsons love to go. I take them when I can and let them stay for a few hours. My main complaint is the rule of not bringing in our own food or drinks. I would be more agreeable with that rule if this place offered a better selection of food and beverages. I paid almost $10 for 3 small bags of smart food pop corn and nearly $25 for two 20oz Gatorades and two Sponge Bob Ice Cream bars. There is no coffee or tea available, which I would love to have while I sit and watch them play. Also, the latch on the door of the disabled stall in the women's restroom is missing/broken. The jump park in itself is very nice, and the staff very friendly and courteous.
I typically do not write negative reviews but I Took my teens here last month & the cashier convinced us to buy memberships because it cut the cost In half and assured me I could cancel at any time so my card wouldn’t be charged again. I went through all of the emails, the website, everything & could not for the life of me figure out how to deactivate the membership. I have called every day for three weeks and not one time has someone answered the phone to actually assist me or answer my questions. I kept the balance on the card low so that it wouldn’t be charged $80 again until I could get some assistance cancelling but started getting emails saying the membership had been suspended and/or cancelled due to payment problems. I waited over a week to put money back on the card thinking I was in the clear & as soon as I did the membership came out. STILL can’t get anyone on the phone to help & the website is no help either. I need a refund or something.
We went here for my grandson's birthday party. The place has many different areas for activities such as the Ninja training area, basketball, dodge ball, foam pits, and a large number of trampolines. They also have a good number of areas for parents to observe. The kids love the freedom of running from one area to another. The staff tries to keep things under control, but weekends are a little wild. I would encourage parents to stay close by. The party room is nice with Pizza Hut pizza provided and soda.
It was fun to finally try out a place like this. They were out of their special socks when we went. They're also in the middle of a rebranding/name change to become Sky Zone. The employee we interacted with was very helpful. Overall, I don't think I'd return again simply because there is only so much I wanted or could do here. It's great if you wanted to work on certain skills though. A couple of the stations were closed when we went. One eventually opened, but the other did not.
I have been to trampoline parks in Tennessee, Georgia, Colorado and Arizona and I have never once had such a horrible customer experience as soon as I entered the building. It can be due to quite a few things, one being staffing and another being corporate rules. I waited 30 minutes in line to just buy tickets, when there was one person in front of me. If you're a "pro" member you have the added benefit of paying to skip the line entirely. The line at this point is backed up almost to the door and the employees provide immediate service for their higher paying members. After the first member came through and was done, the next was offered help before I was. To me it would make more sense from a business stand point to alternate members and non-members into their establishment. It was only after I had voiced my frustration that a cashier offered to help us. During the transaction I was offered 4 different up sale products which is part of the reason why the money exchange process takes as long as it does. I had respectfully told the cashier that I was not interested in any up sale products and I just wanted to time for my children to jump. What was more frustrating was seeing all the people behind us in line getting equally upset as to how the business portion is handled. As for the park, it is large and clean. There is a lot of seating and activity for children to play. My son's had a great time playing but I would NOT suggest coming at peak or busy hours.
