The Kitchen | Shelby Farms Park

The Kitchen is a true treat! The atmosphere and vibe is amazing, can only imagine what it’s like in the summer/spring. The staff are all very friendly and fast. The food was incredible and their red house wine was great as well. Definitely coming back. Recommend the pickled deviled eggs as an appetizer.

The Kitchen served up a terrific meal in a modern open restaurant with a wonderful view of the lake in Shelby Farms. Service was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dinner was served quickly and the meal was delicious. We saved room for dessert, which was excellent.

The Kitchen is yhe brand new hot spot restaurant of the Shelby Park area. The food is all farm to market and homemade with the highest quality local ingredients with offerings of local beers and cocktails. The patio offers spectacular views of the park and is a great place for a stroll after am excellent meal. 5/5 will visit again.

The breeze from the huge fans above us felt wonderful. The lake view was beautiful and very serene. Thats were everything ended with me. My husband and I was very displeased with our food. We didn’t feel a warm invite. I ordered the banh Mi chicken and garlic fries. I started to cancel my order because the lady sitting next to me was upset because her chicken was undercooked. The chicken was over powered with salt and it had an old grease taste. My husband ordered Home Place Pastures Braised Pork. His First sandwich was cold. His remake sandwich was over powered with herbs and onions and it was dried out. The fries were super greasy. The atmosphere is great but the food is horrible. The food is overpriced and quality of food is lacking. We saw our waiter Langston twice. He took our order and finally brought our bill after we had to flag him down

Wonderful food and beautiful views! Had lunch with my godmother for my birthday. The blackened catfish is one of the most amazing dishes I have ever eaten. Such amazing flavor!!! I hope to eat it again before they switch the menu.

Aesthetic was beyond amazing. Personnel were very nice and friendly. I had the prime rib and it was amazing. Great view over the lake and definitely a better choice for finer dining

When you dream of heavenly brunch on earth for a relaxing Saturday with friends, do you say it’s all “wishing”? Well, they’ve found the lamp and polished it to a tee to grant you your dream! Get out of your messy kitchen and brunch with everyone at The Kitchen American Bistro. Now don’t be silly, yes, they have lunch and an awesome evening dining service overlooking the lakeside!!!

So good. Well cooked and deliciously seasoned food. Wait staff was great. Our larger party was treated very well.

The food at The Kitchen is always great. It is a shame that Memphis is going to lose this wonderful restaurant in Shelby Farms. We had the lamb sausage as an appetizer and the scallops and blackened catfish. The view of the lake is beautiful. The ambience is cool and upscale and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Thank you The Kitchen for so many delicious meals.

The location is fabulous, the food is good. There’s so much to do at the park and it would be nice to have a family, budget friendly restaurant to eat while there.
