I can’t even express how awesome this was. First the people were so nice and very welcoming. They made you feel comfortable. They walked you thru every step of the process. I had friends who said you’re gonna say you should have did this 20 years ago and boy were they right. I would do it again. It was a very fast procedure with not a lot down time actually the next day felt great. Thank you again to the LASIK team
My experience with LVI Tinley was AMAZING!! Everyone was so kind, understanding, and knowledgeable about any questions or concerns I had. They were able to help me finance my whole procedure without any out-of-pocket costs which I greatly appreciate. They seemed to genuinely care about me eye health and overall comfort with the process. During my procedure, I never felt any pain and barely any discomfort . It also helped to have a supportive team to talk me through the whole process. From the consultant to the nurses to the doctor and surgeon, I felt so at ease and prepared for my procedure. I’ll be recommending them to a friend and highly HIGHLY recommend LVI Tinley to anyone looking to get affordable LASIK surgery. You guys awesome!
The LASIK institute was absolutely amazing. They made the process so easy and not scary. They did a great job of walking me through the whole process and making sure I was updated on timing and what was happening during the surgery. My vision is perfect & my life is forever changed! Had an amazing experience here. Can't believe I waited as long as I did too do this. They were super transparent throughout my visit, and the actual procedure was painless. They are very thorough on everything and even though you can't put a price on eye sight, it was surprisingly affordable. No regrets!
From the front desk, the explanation of the procedure; payment, doctor and surgeon, I have 0 complaints. Everyone was beyond incredible. Scheduling and payment were quick and easy, and truly painless. The healing process is also better than I had even expected. Thank you all for being so amazing!!!

I’m so happy they offered me a same day appointment from the consultation so I wouldn’t chicken out. The procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Pappas, Haly, Donna, and Elba great staff, friendly and they pay close attention to details. The Lasik Vision Institute in Tinley Park, has the latest technology, they examine my eyes with 3 different machines to establish a treatment. After that, the doctor did a full exam, analyzing my results. I scheduled my appointment. The procedure was 5 mins per eye, pain free. Recovery time was quick, I was instructed to go home sleep for 5 hours, woke up and I can see 20/15 in each eye. I recommend this place, to my friends family, anyone frankly. More Importantly its important to follow the post op instructions.... for a good recovery. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
To keep it short and simple, this was the best money I ever spent. Last week, I got LASIK on a Thursday afternoon and I honestly felt like a different person ever since. I recommend getting LASIK at this location because the doctors will be very patient with you and they will be there to support you during the surgery. They’re very friendly and they will answer every question that you have. Once the procedure is over, you will need to go home in sunglasses with Ultraviolet Block ASAP and sleep. If needed, you can leave your car there overnight in case you need Uber; your car will be safe, I promise!
The staff was very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything, which helped put my mind at ease. The actual procedure was very quick. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants to get lasik surgery.
