Clean and well kept location. A variety of different size machines. I came to wash a large comforter, was in and out. Asked a couple questions and the employee was helpful and friendly. Employee is active walking around cleaning and making sure all is running smooth. I will go back when needed.
Clean, friendly employees. Things have changed since the spot was sold! Today 6/20/2023 I was drying my clothes and the lint trap door fell on my feet!!! The attendant was very nice. Thank you. She called the owner and they blamed the evening person for not locking the lock. How unfair to that person. Didn't bother to reach out to see if I am ok. I won't be going back plus, have the machines don't work and they raised the price.
UPDATE: NEW OWNERS Since new owners came on board this place has gone down hill. Prices gone up and nothing is getting fix. Big dryers 4 are out, paid dryers 5 are out, free dryers 3 are out. Had a glass come off one of free dryers just today. Another customer said she was her clothes last week and the washer water was dirty and her clothes smelled like sitting water. Don't know if they reimbursed her or not. Floors are not being kept clean nor the rest of the washer and dryer units being clean. I come early mornings as they open so shows me its not getting clean the night before closing. I will be going to the new laundrymat down the street. FIX YOUR MACHINES.......... Staff is great been going for years . Second owners now who are great people. Just a little concern that I am seeing the free dryers not getting fix. Today there are 6 free dryers down. Not busy today, which is good. Otherwise it's a great place to do laundry.
I’ve been taking my laundry here for the last one and a half years whereas I have them do the full service of washing and folding my laundry. I always drop off my clothes color coordinated and separated. This time around I brought my laundry and paid $175 because they no longer offer the discount and the service person was great however my laundry was poorly serviced. The clothes were not folded properly as before, they don’t have a smell at all and I always include extra fabric softener which they didn’t use because it came back with the laundry. I am so disappointed of the end result of my laundry being done. I will not refer no one to use the laundry services. The answer I received was they are under new management and have new people working with them. Now I have to look for another laundry service and just have to drive further. I am livid with how they sent back balled-up folded leggings?????
One of the best laundry places around. It is staffed at all times. Other places dont have staff or if they do it's only certain times of the day. The washing machines are great at washing and can use the bigger machines that can do 6 or 9 loads at a time. The dryers are also good and are free to use for the ones on the one side of the wall. The bigger dryers on the back wall are great, but cost some money. However if you are doing bedding they are the best to use. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing to do laundry
The prices are pretty fair since there are free dryers. In the evenings, this place gets really busy. The machines accept coins and cards. You can buy snacks, but those machines only accept bills. You can buy coffee, dryer sheets, detergent, and just about anything you would need for laundry. They do dry cleaning and have a paid laundering service. About a day's turnaround time. It's pretty clean, too.
I used to go here all the time when I lived in apartments umpteen years ago. Now having my own house with washer and dryer, I only find myself coming back if one of those break on my end. Made my way in yesterday and nothing has changed! Friendly staff, efficient machines, clean facility, great prices.
I almost don't want to say how great this place is bc then everyone will go and crowd it up but they deserve the business. It's always super clean. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. He greets his customers and thanks them for their business. He helps with any issues and even walks women out to their car at night! They are open til 3:00 am on Fridays and all night on Saturdays. Big machines that are affordable. I highly recommend Sunshine Laundry!
I've been going to this laundromat since I moved to Carmichael in 2017. The prices are better than at my apartment complex, there is staff available to help always, there are loads of washers and dryers and some take up to 8 loads at once! and it's in a nice location. I appreciate the new ownership .... having met one of the owners Greg - I feel even better going here! He's friendly, helpful and wants to make the customers' experience at his laundromat a good one. I LOVE it when I feel my money as a customer is going to people who are kind, friendly and have integrity. The new ownership is busy getting the place a nice new paint job inside. I liked going to The Laundry Company before it changed hands, and I'm super happy that with the new owners, it's still a great laundromat. They have good hours that can accommodate most, they are a good crew of people, and you get bonus $$ for every 10 stamps on your laundry card ask for your "Freeloader Card" - you'll start accruing money towards washes and dry cycles!!.
Been coming here for a couple years. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and Christina is awesome. The place is very clean and roomy with two tv's to help pass the time. There is parking in front and back, so I usually find a good spot. the prices are good, and you can get a free laundry card to earn points for a free wash and dry. Nice place.
