Undecided on an attorney, when I arrived for my initial appointment, I was promptly and professionally greeted at the front office. During meeting with Attorney April McLaughlin, I was asked a category of questions that resulted in better preparing for the decisions made in the process of Trust vs. Will. April explained everything thoroughly, to include the leg work she and her staff would perform. This put me at ease ane I was more confident to go forward on my part of the work. The documents were prepared timely, and our final meet to sign and review. The whole package was presented beautifully. Notary services provided on site. I have only few things left to my tasks and I now have Peace of mind going forward, for my family. April and her staff, they felt like Family. Thank for all your time, expertise, and support. *Update case settled. This group of lady's... is by far a saving grace for men like me trying to be apart of there child's life. Thru my whole case there was an open conversation and quick response time to my emails and questions. Jami is vary professional and helped with so much during the process to educate me in what was going on and what needed to be done. April is top notch at her craft. I can't say enough great things about the experience I had working with her and her team. She is Straight forward to the point and gets things done. I would not recommend April for handling anything regarding probate or estate issues . She handled it through the court process and then just dropped the ball and was done. Her or her assistant never returned my phone calls but she would always respond to the step son who never had to pay her a dime. I paid April a lot of money and nothing ever got finished and I have had to heir another attorney to get everything finished up. And she is still wanting more money. She maybe a good divorce attorney and a child custody attorney. But for anything else I would not recommend her office.
