What Services Can John McDougall Provide You?
- Criminal Defense -
If you are under investigation or charged with a crime, John McDougall will consult with you in person and at no charge to you. In this consultation, Mr. McDougall will explain your rights and options. A criminal case requires a thorough defense investigation. Many lawyers rely too heavily on the police reports to outline the facts of a criminal case. This is a mistake. The police reports are written by people that want you to go to jail or prison. They are often exaggerated or boiler-plate narratives and sometimes are outright wrong and lies. Mr. McDougall spends the extra time to interview witnesses myself and to personally locate all relevant defense evidence.
- Driving Under the Influence -
John McDougall personally handles each of his cases from beginning to end. This means that he will be the attorney going to court with and for you and attending your DUI hearings.
With over 35 years of criminal practice, John McDougall defended countless DUI cases and other criminal offenses. If you or someone you know has been accuse of driving under the influence, you need an experienced lawyer.
