I’ve been here twice for ear pain and both times, the experience has been positive. I was able to make an appointment less than 24 hours ahead of time online, which was super quick and easy. The nurses were compassionate and professional, and I left feeling relieved. As someone who tends to be anxious about health and doctor appointments, my experiences at the Little Clinic have been pleasant and relaxed. There was very little wait time as well. I definitely recommend them for minor things if you don’t have the time/money to go to your regular practitioner.
Do not I repeat do not take your children to this clinic my son was declined service by Dr. Idris Bah we stated we would pay for all services she declined to see him she actually turned my 5 yr old son away and this wasn’t the first time we took him to avoid the urgent care and going to his dr due to everyone being full at this time well they declined seeing him!!!! STAY away from this clinic
I was told that they are not able to prescribe steroids or antibiotics. They said I would need to see a specialist for those. They could only recommend otc meds. This is the second time this has been the case here. I am not convinced that the nurse on staff is qualified or licensed. You are better off Googling symptoms and treating yourself. Save yourself an hour of wait time.
Do not go here. I am positive for strep and dr. Bah only prescribed me antibiotics and refused to give me anything for pain. She said I can get that over the counter. Thanks!!! I’ll never come back here.
Signed up for a DOT physical only for them to call two hours before the appointment to say they did not have anyone licensed to do it
Katherine was lovely and gave me a painless shot with no problems but I truly felt so bad for her having to work the entire clinic by herself on a covid vaccination day. My appointment was for 6:40 and I wait nearly an hour and a half before I finally got my vaccine. She must have had at least 8 people waiting but was stuck doing everything by herself.
I was refused service at the Carrollton clinic. No in person appts available, yet no one was at the clinic during several visits to the store. Receptionist said they were not accepting walk-ins but suddenly found an appointment for days later even though I had just checked online before speaking with her. Had to go to Stone Mountain clinic where I received excellent service.
They were amazing. Got me in and out in no time. I had covid in August and they gave me the paperwork to send to my boss. They also told me what I needed to take as far as OTC meds. Will use them again and again... As long as they are this great!
Been here several times and one of the nurses seems new and like she doesn’t really know what she’s doing yet. Had to go to another doctor a week after seeing her because she said my sinuses and ears looked like they were CLOSE to infected, but not quite infected. Suffered a week because she said I just had a cold and didn’t give me an antibiotic. Thankfully, I was able to see my regular doctor who confirmed I do have a sinus infection and double ear infection and now have antibiotics. The nurse was nice, but just simply was not helpful. Got in quick, but didn’t actually get help. The woman who handles the paperwork and stuff upfront seems to have it together. It may be worth going in for vaccinations here, but I won’t be going back for a sick visit again.
I took my daughter here for a sick appointment, we have been here in the past with no problems. First the front desk checkin nurse was so disrespectful and rude and could not get our insurance to go through even after I called our insurance company and they told her what to do as we were in network. She just didn’t want to do it, she would have rather stay on her personal phone. Finally I said I would pay for the visit $149 dollars and said I would submit to our insurance company just to make it go faster because obviously she did not want to help us nor knew what she was doing. Once in the room the checkin nurse was the same nurse in the back room. She never washed her hands prior to putting gloves on, once the gloves were on she blew her nose, left the room came back and never changed them. Strep and Flu test done and I’m almost positive she had no clue what she was doing. Finally what I think was the doctor came in said a few things barley checked my daughter out and said it was maybe just a virus for us to get Zyrtec We will never return to this clinic for anything.
