*Please note, by placing an order with The Little Red Mixer (TLRM), you hereby agree to the following best practices.*
Payments
Deposits are required on all custom orders. Deposits must be paid to secure your event date and are typically half of your total balance, unless another amount has been quoted to you. The full balance must be paid no later than 7 prior to your event. Deposits are refundable due to cancellation of the event up to 14 days prior to your event minus any supplies and/or decorative items purchased. If final payments have not been completed 7 days prior to your event, your order will be cancelled and your deposit returned, minus any supplies and/or decorative items purchased. TLRM reserves the right to refuse service when deemed materially necessary and is absolved of any liability herein.
Delivery
Most of TLRM orders are delivered to your event unless requested otherwise. TLRM is not responsible for accidents involving your order but will do our best to help should this situation occur. Should you decide to pick up your order TLRM is no longer responsible for the goods from the point that they leave the premises.
