A great place to get rehabilitation following a hospital stay! They have an inpatient dialysis unit that offered short dialysis instead of long 4 hour dialysis. This promotes a better quality of life!
Beware of Kristen C.N.A worked the night of April 1, 2021 , she FALSELY accused my mother of smoking marijuana in the room while visiting my grandmother, this was not only offensive but very emotional for us , we are just trying to make the best of the time we have left to spend with our loved one and for this nurse to just come in yelling in the room accusing of marijuana usage is just so wrong! She needs to be fired! Not only was that so unprofessional but now we don't feel safe or comfortable leaving our loved one while she's here, it's now 11:37 pm and we can't leave due to the fear that that nurse, Kristen might take out on our loved one, she was just so aggressive in the way she was yelling and accusing ! We've emailed the facility in hopes someone will get back to us about this matter asap!!!!
The staff there are really friendly and helpful. The facility in itself is really nice. When you walk in you dont smell urine or it doesn't look rundown and dirty. The best part about the place is the residents. They all are so sweet and helpful as well. Even though they are not employees they still get in there and help you find who or what you need. I believe the staff does their job because the residents are happy. I would definitely recommend this place for your loved one or ones. One more thing B.O.E makes sure everyone is following procedures for covid protocol to protect themselves and the residents...
The executive director is Shange and she is not an honest person. She will falsely accuse people who are trying to help the elderly. Heather is the nurse and she has allowed her staff to break state/federal guidelines. When you ask too many questions regarding theft, missing items and things that were promised at admission they will make false complaints. The owner, staff, residents and their family need to know about this facility.
I love how beautiful the facility is inside. They did a wonderful job remodeling! They now have dialysis services too which is so difficult to find. Excellent care and customer service. Great communication
