The Loft North Andover

Food was great. I ordered the Fried Pickle Chips as an app and the Red Dragon Steak Asian BBQ marinated sirloin served with mashed potatoes broccoli. I substituted the mashed for sweet potato fries. Food was cooked exactly how I wanted. Definitely will be back. Although I’m upset they got rid of the prime rib.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes

Used to be very good, restaurant was sold years ago, new owners don't seem to get it. Waitress was terrific, food terrible. The appetizer spring rolls were ice on the inside, sent them back to be warmed. 15 min later a new plate came...new food, same cold cores. Waitress tried one and agreed. Item taken off bill. I got the 1/2 rack of ribs. Menu claims the meat falls off the bone... not mine. Tough undercooked ribs, very sweet glaze on it was ok but fighting the meat took all the fun out. It's not the same restaurant it used to be. Not going back. Left 20% tip, it wasn't the waitresses' fault.

A bit expensive but nice waitresses and the atmosphere is very woody & homey though not as tourist worthy as i had hoped. Good ribs, they did fall off but too fat for my taste. Decent deserts and cocktailsDine in: YesTakeout: Yes

Service was great! Drinks good, food basic but not seasoned a ton. We had poutine which was really good, lobster Mac and cheese was really good though was watery. Burger was good basic burger and the chicken Caesar salad was borderline. Wilted lettuce and pretty dry chicken. Desserts were amazing!!! Yum. We will probably be back.

We come to the loft a few times a month and everyone has been amazing until tonight. The server we had was a young lady with dark hair first time I’ve had her a a server since we started coming here. It wasn’t really busy she didn’t run any of our food which would be fine however I never received the the things I asked for to go with my meal. I put our empty glasses in the edge of our table after watching her walk past us a number of times without asking us if we needed anything still had to call her over. To be completely honest I heard her interact with every table around us but not once ask us if we needed anything, how our food was or if we need another beverage.

My husband has a Gluten allergy. There was a mishap with a salad he ordered having croutons on it. Once explained he couldn't eat it because we requested no croutons the chef apologized and fixed it right away. We have always had great service and food and I recommend this place for anyone with a food sensitivity as they are always kind and considerate! Had a very nice dinner with a longtime friend. We love the vibe in the bar area. Our waiter, Brian, was new but did a very good job and put up with our shenanigans! The Loft is one of our go to places.Food: 4/5

We are new to the area and wanted to make this our go to pub/restaurant. Both visits were a huge let down service/food quality well below par which is an absolute shame because the décor is so comfortable and inviting!!

My family & I were on a trip to Nova Scotia from Pittsburgh & arrived to Andover for the night at 8:45pm & needed dinner. Thank goodness we found this place, it was open until 10pm. The pub is welcoming with a big wooden bar & friendly staff who sat us immediately party of 5 We wanted to eat lite because we had ro wak up at 6am for a 5 hour drive to Canada. The food was amazing! Most of everything is fresh caught & with locally made ingredients. The New England Clam Chowder absolutely loved up to its name & would make New England proud. It was the best chowder I've ever er had. My Chicken Ceasar chicken was lean, grilled,very flavorful, & not dry at all! The dressing is made in house & was creamy & flavorful! The Lobster Mac & Cheese was the definition of comfort food with BIG chunks of lobster in it! Aaaaamazing!!!! Made with in house cheese & local ingredients! I can't recommend this restraunt enough for the amazing food, kind staff, chill atmosphere, excellent cocktail & beer selection sadly we didn't have any because we had to get up early, & their accommodation of not closing early & allowing us to eat there close to closing time. Highly highly highly recommend!!!

Good food. A bit of a wait for it though. If you're tall like me 6'7" watch your head if you sit downstairs its close overall great place I'll definitely go back
