Great Italian. Stays consistent. Attentive staff. Recommend the Lobster Ravioli. Perfect portion of four raviolis and four large shrimp in a creamy sauce. The Seafood Risotto is also a favorite. The scallops appetizer is tasty, and muscles are very flavorful. Atmosphere is family style dining. Fresh baked bread is delicious. Martinis are good. Order the pear martini minus the cranberry, it’s a hit.
Have lived in the area for a long time, shop in the plaza but first time at Orzo. Well, lets just say this might be a new go to for me. Place was hopping but the service was awesome. Shout out to Hannah. Started with a round of drinks and some apps. Small martini glasses which is always a bit of a bummer but better for my liver...lol. And they were out of the burrata app special but we managed to survive with the baked mozzarella and brushetta. Baked mozzarella is a must try. Everyone enjoyed their entree with just enough left to take home. I had to try the veal saltimbocca which to me is always my test for Italian. Flying colors, the veal was crazy tender with the perfect amount of proscuitto and provolone for a nice salty/cheesey flavor, not too mention the fresh pasta. Great experience with the owner checking in as well. Love that! Will be back soon...
Got right in, everything was delicious, with one exception, and it's a small one. The oyster crackers for the chowder were super stale. Just lessened the goodness of the chowder.
Had the pasta with broccolini, italian wedding soup, and chicken and bread with roasted garlic oil. Lovely place and portions! Service was great. Plenty of parking in the lot.
Tucked away in a small shopping plaza, it’s easy to miss Orzo. Inside is a full sized restaurant and bar with an extensive menu of Italian dishes and American fare. The first thing you’re served is a basket of homemade bread sticks with grated cheese and olive oil for dipping. Delicious. My wife and I started with the fresh baked mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto. Unusual and very good. My son went with the Eggplant Rollatini: eggplant stuffed with 3 cheeses. Excellent. For our main, my wife and I both had the Orzo Special: clams, mussels and shrimp in a white sauce over pasta. Very good. Our only complaint would be that the mussels were not very fresh. My son went with the special of the day: steak tips. He likes them rare and was surprised when they actually were rare. Again very good. My son ended with the lava cake. I had an expresso. Good wine list. Bottled beer, no draft. Good service. Busy and somewhat noisy as might be expected. A comfortable and enjoyable dinner experience.
I don't know why I'm not here more often, great food, and all around service is fantastic. Get there earlier in the afternoon because the specials are really good, and go fast. Parking: There is always an open parking spot in the plaza.
They have good portions for the price generous seafood portions but not much pasta. I really liked their breadsticks and crémé bruleeFood: 4/5
Lovely restaurant, great service & excellent Italian food. There aren't many Italian restaurants around here like this! I recommend it & will return. Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free
I have been going to orzos for 7 years now and my family and I have always enjoyed their food... until today. I ordered three take out meals and one of them was the wrong entree. I was told the kitchen was backed up .One of our other meals was the sirloin steak and I asked for it to be cooked medium. When my mother arrived home late from work and opened the container her steak was well done. It was cooked to the point that it was a charcoal steak and the asparagus was burned as well. I can't tell you how disappointed and disgusted I was. I understand their kitchen was backed up but you cannot serve people food like that. I don't think that I will be ordering from orzos any time in the near future.
Wonderful evening out fine dining, Very professional staff.the food is delicious. Elizabeth is a wonderful server and Anthony is making sure that customers are always happy. If your in No. Andover don't miss this fantastic place they always make you feel welcome.Food: 5/5
