I wasn’t so lucky with this office. When they finally settled, a bill was overpaid by them!  Told me I needed to wait for company to send me back the money. Patiently waited 3 months during which time I never received a call back from my numerous calls and texts to Allison!!!  After an email to Justin I was told to come by office and pick up my money. Totally ridiculous for the amount of money we are talking about.  No call backs and they kept a 1/3 of my money. Hope they fix that problem soon.

This is the best law firm I dealt with in my entire experience . I have 3 teenagers who get in minor traffic offences. I hired the lovely law firm and from the beginning I was treated with respect and was informed to every detail. They have a great online link where are you kept informed with every aspect of the process. They called me to make sure I was informed as well of the process. They delivered exactly as promised. I’m so happy from the outcome and they saved me thousands of dollars I would have paid on my insurance premiums for at least the next 3 years till the ticket would disappear from my teenage son records. If you want honest people who deliver on their promises , hire lovely law firm. Big hands up to the admin in the office who kept me informed and delivered the good news this morning July 12-23 at 1135 am.  Thank you.

I recommend The Lovely Law Firm to anyone needing any kind of assistance legally. My daughter got a speeding ticket while she was traveling from North Carolina to Georgia and she got the ticket in South Carolina. Their  prompt efficient service helped Emma to get the ticket dismissed and no points on her license or increase in her insurance. It was a very wonderful experience from the beginning to the end and we are so very grateful to everyone on staff.!

I recently got a speeding ticket - my 1st ticket in over 40 years! Once I realized how the point system in South Carolina worked, I was freaking out because the insurance premiums in this state are extremely high! I googled lawyers and called one that came up. I was basically told nothing they could do for me due to the amount of points minimal points the ticket was for?  Being new to South Carolina, I said okay, it is what it is.  Then I received a flyer in my mail from The Lovely Law firm and said "I'm gonna give them a call just to double check on getting some help with this". Well, much to my surprise, yes, they could help me!!  I paid for representation - they fully explained to me how the process would work & I would have to take a drivers safety course to get the ticket resolved. I never had to go to the court house which would have cost me unpaid time off from work. Everything was done via phone or email - super easy. I did have to take the drivers safety course on-line & they gave you ample time to complete it.  Once done with the course, I sent the completion form over to them and they took care of everything. Highly recommend The Lovely Law Firm!!

I contacted Lovely Law Firm due to a legal issue that my daughters got into while on vacation in Myrtle Beach. Attorney Sharde Crawford and her paralegal Shavona were absolutely amazing! They answered every one of my questions and put me and my daughters at ease about the situation. Their response was “don’t worry, we’ll take care of it”, and they did! Attorney Crawford appeared in court for them and got the case dismissed. I 100% recommend them for your legal needs.

We received a stop sign ticket got "not stopping long enough" in Surfside, SC but we live in Monroe, NC. I have been vacationing in Surfside, SC for 20+ years and I know where each stop sign is, but I also know that I stopped that day and the officer agreed yet still gave me a ticket.
