Mike Kelly Law Group provided exceptional service to assist me in winning my social security disability hearing. I applied in 2019 and was debrief 2x. I reached out to Mike Kelly Law and set up a meeting to review my case. I met with Ms Willis who was patient and professional with me. Ms. Willis explained the process of a hearing and answered all my questions. Ms Willis was in contact with me throughout the waiting period for my heading. She responded to emails and phone calls promptly. Gathered all updated medical records and ensured that she had all records prepared for my hearing. Mr. Kelly and Linda Willis conducted a preheating conference with me which helped me prepare for my hearing. In April of 2023 I won my hearing. Mr. Kelly was outstanding at the hearing and I felt at ease during my hearing. After I won my case at the hearing. Mr Kelly and Ms Willis called to congratulate me. The Mike Kelly law group is definitely for the people of south Carolina. I had a difficult social security case that I thought I could handle on my own, I could not. With little to no time left I found Mike Kelly law group, they took my case, made the deadline and won! I am so thankful to Mr Kelly and his assistant Linda. They kept in constant contact with me, and treated me like I was their only client, not sure how they managed that but they did, wonderful firm, wonderful people, I'm forever grateful
Mike Kelly if the man says he will take your case then sit back and enjoy the ride because if he takes your case you are going to get paid period. Now don’t get me wrong you still have to keep after the records from your doctor to make sure you get them to him promptly or your case will just drag along Mr.Kelly can’t run your doctors records down because he doesn’t know where all of your medical information is located only you can do that and the quicker you get them back to his office the quicker He can start filling motions
On 5/21/2020 I was struck by a motorist and was left disabled. Mike Kelly and Linda Willis fought every step of the way to make sure I was compensated fairly for all my injuries and benefits.
