Nika is amazing. I first discovered her through prenatal yoga and have gone to her for acupuncture for different ailments for several years. Most recently I had a neck injury that she cured with cupping and acupuncture after I had tried many other things for over a month. I felt immediate relief and after two weeks of going my injury was back to 100%. The appointment time itself is rejuvenating in a calm and peaceful space. The Luma Center is also contracted with my insurance company.
The Luma Center has been one of my favorite places for pre and postpartum care, support, and yoga. Nika, the owner, creates an incredible experience that is welcoming and supportive. Earlier this year I started acupuncture for the first time. Nike was very helpful and walked me through the entire process. I started at 36 weeks pregnant due to a breech baby and anxiety surrounding the pregnancy. Every session was more relaxing than the last and by 38.5 weeks baby had flipped! I highly recommend anyone and everyone to the Luma Center. They are professional, caring and so supportive of what you need. They have been my main place for support and care during both of my pregnancies and I will continue to see them for all of my yoga and acupuncture needs. I am so happy to have a support system with moms in mind!!
I've worked with Nika at the Luma Center for a couple of years now-- first to assist in my fertility journey, and then continued on to receive support during my pregnancy. I received both acupuncture and herbal remedies and have always felt completely confident in Nika's specialized skills as a women's health practitioner. I also attended prenatal Yoga classes she offered sporadically which were a great way to connect with other mamas-to-be. After I had a traumatic birth, Nika was there for me and squeezed me in to help alleviate the shock my body and mind were experiencing. I was back to myself sooner than I could have hoped for. Nika is worth the money if you are looking for relief with hormone imbalances, fertility and women's health issues, stress and more!
I saw Nicole Fugo for acupuncture to help me with a variety of health issues, from anxiety to depression to knee pain. The physical and emotional space that Nicole provides is holistic and deeply catered to individual needs, symptoms, and changes. Very peaceful atmosphere. Often times, I experience a 3-day lift after acupuncture, in which that state of bliss is tangible. I also sleep like a rock after seeing Nicole. I recommend her detailed care!
I can’t recommend Nika and the Luma Center enough, I have seen Nika for both acupuncture and prenatal/postnatal yoga between my two pregnancies. I appreciated her insight and advice, with both the acupuncture and yoga and beyond. Grateful a business/support system exists like this in Petaluma for moms!
The Luma Center offers so many wonderful options for women's and family health and wellness. I started with acupuncture with Nicole, which was incredibly beneficial in helping me achieve balance in my daily stressors, overall anxiety, as well as hormones/fertility. It's convenient to pop into the shop to pick up herbs or tinctures. I have participated in yoga sessions offered in their beautiful studio, as well as taken classes with in-field experts on everything from empowerment in health choices, to baby sleep techniques, to understanding herbal alternatives for immune boosting! The Luma Center is an all encompassing community resource that has quickly become indispensable in my life. I refer friends and family to Nicole and the other practitioners often, and can not recommend The Luma Center enough!
I have been going to Nicole Nika Fugo Zibelman for about 18 months, and I 100% believe it is her care that helped me get pregnant. I had been facing infertility for about two years by the time I made my way to her. I had been working with an IVF clinic and was unsuccessful in getting pregnant. One of the IVF/infertility groups I was in recommended acupuncture, and I wasn’t sold on how it could help, but I was at a point where I would try anything. Within going to her for three months, I was able to get pregnant! Adding her acupuncture was the only thing that changed, as I was still doing IVF. Each time I go in, it is calming and relaxing. She listens to you and your concerns your needs and adjusts her treatment accordingly. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is doing IVF and facing infertility.
I have been seeing Brianna since fall 2021 for pain related to endometriosis and related surgery, as well as a persistent hamstring injury. I was new to acupuncture and skeptical but I relief from the very first treatment. It is not painful at all. I fall asleep on the table most of the time, feeling like I have a weighted blanket on me, and finish sessions feeling incredibly relaxed, restored, and with diminished pain. I still see her not because she hasn’t been helpful but because new issues arise and she addresses them professionally and thoroughly. I also appreciate that she knows the limitations of her practice and never claimed she could prevent me from future injury or “cure” me. I am so glad I found Luma Center and Brianna!
Such an amazing resource for the community. I loved the pre-natal yoga classes so much, I held my baby shower there! The wonderful practitioners at the Luma Center provide a variety of services to help women at all stages of motherhood and the classes I have attended have also proven to be invaluable. The vision Nicole had to create a wellness hub for the community continues to bless our family in different ways with each passing year.
What a special healing and education center this is!! The owners work tirelessly to provide fascinating classes, and a deeply nurturing space for our lovely community and with the intention of that positive information and energy traveling out as far as possible. I have experienced phenomenal care for several years now by Nicole "Nika" Fugo Zibelman through both pre and post natal yoga and acupuncture she is also the owner. I have also attended many of the education classes baby and toddler sleep, nutrition/health, embodying the feminine spirit, baby wearing group and have been helped and empowered greatly by the teachers. Such care goes into every aspect of this place and I feel so grateful for it as a space of peace, information, and healing.
