Kind, caring and compassionate at the time you need it most. I can't commend James and his team enough. It felt like James treated our guinea pig Winston like he was one of his own. The memory wall at the Meadows is a lovely touch. Thank you so much for taking such great care of Winston.
What an absolutely lovely team! Unfortunately my 18 year old cat passed away, as you can imagine I was an absolute wreck. When arranging an appointment, they were very patient with me and allowed me to take my time. My girl was treated with respect and care on arrival, I couldn't have asked for more. They have lots of options to offer regarding keep sakes which was lovely! Thank you so much for making my girls final journey a peaceful one.
Honestly could not thank James and all involved at The Meadows enough - such a professional, personal and thoughtful service. James helped us through such a difficult time, did everything for us and treated our lovely cat Lucy with so much love a respect during the whole process. Thank you - although we are heartbroken you have provided us with so much comfort.
Thank you so much to James and the team at The Meadows. We had the unfortunate and extremely hard decision to allow our nearly 16 year old Golden Retriever, Taz, cross over the rainbow bridge. James and all involved treated our Taz with the utmost respect. When we finally went to collect Taz you could see that James really felt our pain, he was extremely caring and compassionate. Thank you again to you all, you truly are an amazing team.
From the first call with James who was so caring and would work around us and then when meeting Lisa on site who made our little boy Breeza comfortable and then gave us time to go through what we wanted as well as keepsakes. Lisa is so caring and compassionate and has such a kind caring heart which gave us confidence we had chosen the right place. Upon collection of Breeza's ashes and our keepsakes, Lisa had done such a great professional job presenting what we asked for and great attention to details. Lisa, you are a true star, thank you so much.
Cannot thank James and his team enough for making a heartbreaking process so much easier and bearable. My cat Luca was treated with dignity and compassion.
We lost our rabbit Buddy in very unexpected circumstances. The team at The Meadows were so empathetic, compassionate and professional. They were very understanding and took their time with us. They took such good care of our little fur baby and presented us with a beautiful scatter box, locket of fur, certificate of cremation and some lovely scatter seeds all in a pretty presentation. The pricing was more than reasonable and there were a number of different packages. The building was tranquil and peaceful, on very beautiful grounds. It was very comforting knowing that Buddy was taken such good care of. I couldn’t recommend more. Thank you to the team x
My bishon Oliver had a rough time lately and was 15 years old. Although there was no doubt he’d not long for this life I was completely overcome, he’d helped me deal with so much trauma bereavements breakdown etc & he was snatched away. I cannot put into words the sincerity shown that he was a part of my family and not ‘just a dog’.The loving care and the genuinely caring attitude cannot have a price put on it and THANK YOU does not seem enough, I shall forever be grateful with the loving care you showed Oliver on his final journey and the weight you took off my shoulders Thank you so much.
Thank you for looking after our Bella in her final journey when we could not be with her. We received her ashes promptly and we were comforted knowing she was in respectful hands. Thank you.
Exceptional respect shown towards my dog Ruby and to myself at such a difficult time. I could tell that James and his family are devoted to what they do and I cannot praise them highly enough.
