Complete package! I had seen this place dozens of times driving by but never had the opportunity to stop in. Was driving out with my son today and decided I would make a quick stop. Even though it was closed, the nice gentleman took the time to walk around with my son and myself and give us a quick tour. Completely unnecessary, but very appreciated. These men just keep giving back. I will definitely go back and leave a large donation next time. A must see....
My kids sat in the simulator for an hour. They only got out when another family came along. You can tell the people that work or volunteer there really love military history. It is a neat place we are lucky to have in our little town.

Place was closed but we still got to enjoy a few pieces of history.
The curator of the museum Jerry Timony has done a wonderful job of presenting history chronologically. For the moment you walk on the grounds, you can teach your children the facts of United States history. This is truly one of the best museums I've ever visited and will continue visiting every chance I get! It just keeps getting better.

Down in Green Cove Springs is an awesome military museum you probably never heard of. It is manned by volunteers who are there to answer any questions that you have. These folks know their stuff. It is free to come in however donations are accepted. What are you waiting for? Go, Now, you will be blown away.
Interesting, lots of uniforms and cool displays.
This is an awesome museum, they have boundiful amounts of items from Florida and also historical vehicles as well. It's free to tour this museum, it takes time to look at everything because they have so much history in there and need more space. When I was there, there was an individual dropping off additional photos from one of WW 1/2, they're constantly trying to make the museum better, but if they had additional space, it would assist to showcase what they have easier...as always donations are accepted.
Huge!Don't let the outside fool you. Huge collection of militaria, covering the major wars. Outside are an assortment of vehicles including a huge LARC. Well worth a stop!
