Unprofessional and overpriced. I waited a month for parts to be shipped in only to be lied to and told to go somewhere else. This guy who runs this place is extremely unprofessional, there's another mobile home parts place in Kentucky, I would go there for all your mobile he needs unless you want to be given the runaround. He isn't interested in even selling anything, the guy who runs this place is more concerned with setting up his own mobile homes and collecting rent than serving his customers, he's probably a slum lord!!
The man that ran the place died a few years ago. He was honest and not overpriced. The guy now is nice but way overpriced. I just order parts online. He tried to charge $45 for a faucet when it’s $25 online. Worth the shipping fees. Plus, with online ordering you don’t have to drive there just to find out he decided to close early.

Very friendly just not open enough. They close at 1 Mon- Fri and 3 on Saturday. However they are really great to work with and very helpful
