The Mommy Shoppe exists to provide affordable clothing for children and to encourage families to reach their full potential.
The Mommy Shoppe, a ministry of The Houserville House of Hope United Methodist Church, 1320 Houserville Road, State College is open on the third Saturday of every month from 10:00 – 2:00. We are also open the Monday following the third Saturday, from 6-8 pm.
The Mommy Shoppe exists to provide affordable clothing for children and to encourage families to reach their full potential.
When parents and caregivers register with us, they will be eligible to take a bag of clothing per child per month at no cost. Additional items will be available at yard sale prices.
We have a stock of: diapers, formula, and other baby necessities for sale to registered families at very reduced costs.
We are looking for donations from our community of that have been used and loved like:
-clothing,
-blankets,
-books,
-etc.
We gratefully accept monetary donations to supply the things that must be purchased new…diapers, formula, car seats, etc.
