I've ordered O-rings a few different times. Easy to navigate the website and awesome customer service. Not to mention, the ship time is really quick!

I ordered $5 worth of Orings - they were so inexpensive that the minimum quantity 50 didn't make the $5 minimum!.  Super fast shipping.  Easy-to-use website. Couldn't be happier!

I am just shocked with the prompt delivery. And that 1 extra mile of service, Hay we are people. Have a piece of taffy. I am proud to say i am a customer as long as i am on this side of the dirt.

The finest customer service I've ever experienced.  I ordered something.  It turned out to be on backorder but the website didn't show it backordered or I overlooked that fact.  I got an email stating that I could get a different o-ring if my requirements didn't specify NSF.  Made contact with them through chat and they completely exceeded my expectations.  Friendly, zero time wasted with the communication style, very clear.  These guys are experts.  They had me sorted out with a different model at a loss to THEM just to make me happy.  Superior customer-centric focus.

Hard to reach. Sales team lacking. I needed some no-big-deal orings for an important repair. I spoke with Anson three times before ordering. The orings I thought I was getting did not match what arrived. I asked for 4 orings  at no charge as consolation and was denied. I took my business elsewhere.

Just did my second order with The O-Ring Store.  Instead of paying high prices ordering replacement parts from original product vendors, I have purchased the same or better o-rings from this source.  It does take a little thought and research to identify the correct size & type of o-ring this way.  Shipping was incredibly fast, I don't need to order 50 o-rings when I only need one or two, and their prices are extremely reasonable.  Great to have found this source.  Thank you O-Ring Store!

Awesome experience!!  I needed one o-ring for my sprinkler system but wasn't sure of the size.  The online chat person directed me to many different sizes and the correct material as well.  I ordered 12 various sizes and 4 of them fit!  Great selection, couldn't find any of these at my local hardware store.  Shipping came a day early too.  Highly recommended!!

I have used this company exclusively for Marine use on Ships OSV and for my personal use with motorcycles and refurbishing paintball equipment. The company has never failed to provide an excellent product in a reasonable amount of time. The knowledge from the website is helpful in choosing the right kind of seal and right kind of material. I have upgraded seals with quad rings x-rings and been very impressed. I would never hesitate to do business with them again.

This company is supposed to "make getting O-Rings easy".  Unfortunately I found that not to be true. This is my first time contacting this company and my experience was very very poor. I emailed the company with what I was looking for. Nothing unusual or uncommon. I received a terse reply that I frankly was befuddled with. The reply seemed angry. I'm not sure if he confused me with someone else. So, I reached out by phone and spoke with another representative who seemed nice enough; and who after looking at my requirements told me that he would email me with which O-rings to get - no problem I'm told. Never heard from him. Emailed him again - no response. Called again, spoke to a woman who said she would make sure that I get an answer. I never heard anything further. Actions speak louder than words. For no good reason that I can think of, I was blown off three times. I'm not sure if their was some unfortunate miscommunication but I must conclude this to be one of the poorest customer service teams I have ever dealt with.  Update 12-1-20: As you can see below, the owner replied with some hand waving excuse that his team did not know how to respond properly and that he assumed it was likely because there was no solution for my requirements. I don't believe that, especially after I emailed twice and called three times to follow up. A truly sincere response from him would have been to extend an invite to me to discuss my concern further so we could attempt to try to remedy this bad experience in some way.. Did you see any kind of conciliatory offer? Nope. I have a hard time believing his response/excuse.

Ordered online on a Sunday, received delivery on Tuesday. Called customer service on Monday to confirm order details, I prefer to do so when ordering fa new company, and was treated with fast, friendly customer service from a real English speaking person. The order was fulfilled quickly, correctly, and stresslesly. I will definitely use their service again in the future.
