The Old Colonial Motel is a well maintained property. We are constantly making upgrades and renovating. Our accommodations offer everything you need for the perfect vacation. Our motel is located directly on Old Orchard Beach, 1/3 mile from amusements and pier.
There is an outdoor heated fresh water pool kept at a temperature in the high 80's plus a large outdoor hot tub on the premises. We have a fitness room with a hot tub and sauna. All rooms are clean and modern with air conditioning and heat, 90 channel TV including HBO, VCR/DVD/CD player, remote, clock radio, and telephone. All rooms have a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Our fully equipped kitchen units include stove, small oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Most rooms offer an ocean view, and we do have 2 ocean front deluxe kitchens with a private patio and hot tub.
All rooms are non-smoking. We are a family friendly atmosphere and also accept pets with some restrictions.
The office offers a variety of rentals, including beach necessities and movies. Don't forget to grab a bag of popcorn at our snack/beverage bar. We do provide complimentary coffee in each room. Free wifi available from the office.
