The front of the house is 100% bar and the back of the house is 100% restaurant. The atmosphere has a European feel, but not a restaurant. Great food, 100% authentic European. I hope the owners focus more on making this a classic European restaurant and move away from the bar atmosphereFood: 5/5
Great outdoor dining! Live music on a Thursday night with a great crowd! Food was delicious. Music was great and servers were outstanding! Dog friendly. Live music every single night of the week.Atmosphere: 5/5
The food is authentic and delicious! The interior is dated and eclectic, if you like dated and eclectic you would probably give it a 5. I don’t so it’s a 4. If you are here, try the spatzle. Also the waitress was super nice and working the entire place on her own!!!! That being said, now I have to give it a 5.
Our waitress was awesome! The roast duck was juicy and tender. Beer I got was really good. We will be back to taste more food and listen to live music!
Atmosphere feels like Eastern European comfort. Service was awesome! Meal was savory! Parking: Some street parking Kid-friendliness: Traditional fare, but could be adapted
I first want to say that I review based on food, not actual service but will touch on that. 1st we got there at 4pm based on the hours but we waited until 4:30 an decided to walk to the lighthouse nearby. Got back about 5 minutes until 5. They finally opened at 5 they have now corrected this time on Google. We were greeted saying sorry this is opening for them and be patient which I love opening day for places. We sat down and immediately greeted. Our waiter not normally a waited but was helping his cousin out, this is a family place we had great conversations with him and though it's not your typical restaurant service it was still fun. We ordered the cheese must have, the kilbasa and kraut which was also a must have. All good we got was highly delicious, the problem with mine was it a piece of metal from a scoring pad. But it was noticeable and was able to remove it. Overall, it was good, just be patient with the service and go for the food and company of family and friends . Parking: Right next to the building. There were about 10 spots or so and then street parking right out front. Wheelchair accessibility: There were different enternces you could use, front door is the best option for wheelchairs and walkers.
The food was plentiful and very tasty. Unfortunately, I like my food hot out of the kitchen. Considering I was the only one in the place, there was no excuse. Picture is of dessert, apricot perogies with vanilla ice cream and chocolate drizzle.Food: 3/5
Food was authentic, very enjoyable, having lived in Germany myself I was very pleased with what I ate. Attended during the day so it was rather slow, not much going on entertainment wise, I'm sure when the live entertainment arrives the atmosphere increases. Parking: Parking lot limited and confined, arrive early or you may need to park on the streets or further away.
Dinner at Old Prague Restaurant. Sat at the bar. Duck wings were delicious. The goulash with spaetzle was bland. The Smazak fried cheese was good and not overly greasy. The bartender was busy and service was a little slow but it was ok. There was a 2-person blues band on the patio and they were very good. It was a nice addition to dinner.
Very unique taste of Prague. I loved the sourkraut. The best menu items we tried were the potato pancakes and the sausage. Parking: Free public parking very close by. Don't get stuck in the tiny parking lot
