The saleswoman was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and I was very glad she gave me space to test out the mattresses without hovering. She answered all of my questions without the typical sales pitches. She looked up both mattresses i had considered purchasing to see if the warehouse/factory where they're built in Cleveland, and both were in stock. I ended up driving there and purchase a king size set size. I didn't have have too as they would have shipped it to the Mentor location within 4 days, I just didn't want to wait. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase. My impression of The Original Mattress Factory is that this is a company I'd highly recommend to family and friends and will be a customer for life. Thank you

I wasnt impressed at all. The sales rep was dull and so was the store. The rep didnt really have much to say. This is where you will find the cheapest well made traditionally sprung mattresses.
If heaven has a mattress store, it's an Original Mattress Factory. Had an excellent experience buying a new mattress from the Mentor store. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and concise in his description of the differences between the mattresses. Best part? They make them right here in Cleveland. What could be better? I also love that they never have any gimmicks or sales. They don't mark up the mattresses to mark them down. The price is the price. It's refreshingly simple. I will be back the next time we need another mattress!
Very poor quality merchandise after 2 years I had to get rid of the mattress nobody would talk to us because the mattress was stained. Worst 1500 dollars we ever spent. At least listen to what the customer had to say . I will never be back
Brandon was wonderful at helping explain all the differences and quality of each set. Purchased that day Had delivery today and Chris and his partner were great, efficient and respectful of our home.
The salesperson was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses, answered all of our questions, and was not high pressure in the least. Our purchases were delivered the next business day and they were on time and efficient. We LOVE our purchase and are customers for life. The pillows there are also the best pillows I've ever had!
Best mattresses that last way longer at better prices than the bad ones from other stores. And box springs that actually DO something besides raise your bed up. Genius? Not really. Just the last company left doing things the right way. Great salespeople too- brandon in mentor is the least pushy, knowledgeable, helpful mattress salesperson I've ever met. Very kind. If you don't shop here, you're nuts. Something for everyone, price wise and comfort wise.
I bought a new mattress today at the mentor location.Eileen was knowledgeable and personable. Never felt pressured at any time. No games or gimmicks. So Glad a friend of mine recommended me.Materials from and assembled in the USA!
My experience with the Original Mattress Factory store in Mentor was outstanding! I made two visits prior to my purchase to gather information. The salesperson thoroughly explained the difference between the mattresses offered and suggested models that may meet my needs. I selected two models to consider and written estimates were provided. When I was ready to purchase, my partner and I were able to spend time lying on our top choices before making our final selection. The return policies were clearly outlined before purchase. I appreciate that the Original Mattress Factory does not resell returned mattresses after being in someone's home as I am guaranteed a new mattress. I also purchased two of the pillows sold by OMF and they are the very best pillows I have ever used. I have a neck problem and this is the only pillow that offers the support that I need and keeps its shape after a night's sleep. The pillow is so soft and comfortable too. It's definitely worth the investment. The premium mattress protector is great too. I like that it's water-proof yet soft and breathable. Thank you Original Mattress Factory and sales staff at the Mentor store. I am a very happy customer!
