Steaks at Seaside Heights in NJ is a great dining spot with many wonderful attributes. First and foremost, they serve some seriously delicious cheeseballs! These savory treats are a must-try and definitely a highlight of the menu. Each bite is packed with flavor, and they're a delightful way to start your meal. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also noteworthy. It's evident that they take hygiene seriously, which is always appreciated when dining out. A clean environment adds to the overall positive dining experience. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warm demeanor contributes to the friendly atmosphere of the restaurant. You'll feel like a valued guest from the moment you walk in. One small improvement I'd suggest is that it would be great to see the kitchen staff wearing gloves while handling food. It's a measure that can enhance food safety and give diners even more peace of mind. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Seaside Heights. It's the ideal spot for a fun night out, and you can't beat the Jersey shore vibe. In summary, Steaks at Seaside Heights offers a lot to enjoy, from their tasty cheeseballs to the friendly staff and great location. With just a bit more attention to food handling safety, it would easily earn a 5-star rating. Nonetheless, it's a place I'd happily return to for another taste of the Jersey shore.
The food definitely did not taste like they have been established since 1950. Establishment is very clean Wheelchair accessibility: They have an accessible for wheelchairs
Me and my friends made a special trip to come and dine at this establishment. After the 5 hour drive just to eat here we arrived and sat inside. When I entered the building, I was greeted by a very nice man, the bathroom was disgusting with no paper towels, I of course ordered their world famous hot dog, it was 7 dollars. When I got my food I could tell by looking at it thay it was microwaved, I am currently getting my stomach pumped because I caught ecoli from the hot dog. Do not recommend
Been coming here for years. A must when I'm any where near Seaside. Best Cheesesteak around, and paired with the fresh cut fries from 3 Brother down the boardwalk is insane
This place is very much about the summer experience; order from the window, eat your cheesesteak on the boardwalk. That said, do not go in the wintertime. The dining room smelled like a high school cafeteria covered in bleach. If you’re not prepared for a cheesesteak on pita bread, it’s definitely a disappointment. There was more bread than steak. And lastly, when I ordered mine “wit wiz” … and I’m in Jersey, I basically expect the counter people to know what that means. So overall a disappointment, but I can see how it would be a nice experience on a sunny summer day.
Workers were eating food and then cooking never washed hands.Food: 4/5
We always stop here when we are in Seaside and the cheesteaks never disappoint. The chessteaks are stuffed in a pita style pocket and are just delicious and very filling. Pair that up with an order of cheese fries and you'll be ready for a nap. They have a rival across the street but we will remain loyal.
The building itself could use an update, but hey the run down 80s aesthetic seems to part of the Jersey shore experience as far as the food, we had cheesesteaks with the works onions, peppers, shrooms and an order of the cheeseballs. The cheeseballs were disgustingly good, not something I'd have more than once in a blue moon. As far as I could tell they were little balls of a deep fried nondescript cheese blend. The steaks were awesome, the bread made with pizza dough was the perfect crispy soft pocket to hold all that greasy cheesy goodness. Price was standard. Definitely hits the spot for that late night craving.
I grew up going to this place one of the best cheesesteaks in the world so 20 years later I finally stopped by and it's still there I had a good time
Is this the place Tommy Cheeseballs from MTV True life got his cheesballs from or the place across the street?
